Julio's Burritos — Restaurant in San Angelo

If I could give less stars I would. When we ordered we order 6 burritos 3 bean an cheese and 3 egg and potato. At the window we were informed that they only had one of the egg an potato burrito. So we asked what other burritos they had other than breakfast, the lady was very rude saying that it’s a big price difference an she couldn’t change it so we just settled for the 3 bean burritos an the one egg an potato. She said she would take the others off an give me the receipt. When I received the food there was no receipt, so I again asked for one. Again she was very rude saying it was in the bag which it was not. She gave a receipt that said our total was 9.50. My phone alerted that I had a charge for 16.61 which was the original price for all 6 of the burritos. When I called asking about the pricing of the bean an cheese burritos an explaining the charge to my card compared to the receipt an the food I received. I got one price from an employee an another from the rude manager that remembered me at the window. She said that the burritos were really expensive and there was nothing she could do. Now I never had a problem paying any amount that was owed for food that I ordered an received. My issue is with how rude she was from the beginning when I tried to adjust my order because they didn’t have what I wanted and the fact that I was charged for food I did not receive. As the manager she is more than capable of coming up with a solution and she should never be so blatantly rude...

The food is beyond amazing. The service is beyond terrible. The communication is lacking and the people are incredibly rude. I asked for an extra salsa and she said she would have to charge me and I said ok. This made her completely angry and she THREW THE SALSA ON THE GROUND IN THE DRIVE THRU and shut the window!!! If I was being out of line I’d understand but all I did was ask for an extra salsa that I paid for. The granny working the drive through was completely out of line and has no right working with the public. If you are going to guard your salsa like the holy grail you can at least hand it to me. Ridiculous and makes me not want to ever go back despite the food being good. Plenty of places with good food and sweet granny’s waiting to hand it to me not throw it...

Worst place ever! Workers need to learn to listen and hear the customer. Been here twice this week and it's always something. Will not be coming back. I ordered 3 brisket burritos and they added cheese when it was not asked for. And 2nd time she asked red or green sauce I said loud and clear, because they always seem not hear correctly, I said RED well she gave me green and plenty of it. I always get red and when they decide to give me red they only give me 1 packet per burrito. Very frustrating. Not giving them my business anymore. And this isn't the only location also the Bryant location they ALWAYS forget...
