It was about 8pm and their service was awful. Their drive-thru was backed up so I decided to walk in. I was the only one who was standing by the cash register, 4 employees saw me and looked at me and said NOTHING. Just stared. I waved both arms up and said "hello I'd like to order" Another 1 minute passed until someone addressed me. IF YOUR WONDERING WHY STAYED ITS BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR WEEKS AND WAS FINALLY RELEASED AND SHE WANTED A CHICKEN BOWL...IF IT WAS ANY OTHER TIME I WOULD HAVE LEFT. I finally ordered a Chicken Bowl, NOTHING ELSE. I waited 23 minutes 😩. I wanted to scream. I huge guy (dressed differently/ maybe manager/didn't act like one) went to counter to look at the register I went up to him and asked if he could check on why my order was taking so long. He said their busy. I saw 3 employees by the drive-thru window gossiping, 1 employee sweeping, 1 employee cooking, and a manager walking inside and out the store. The cook FINALLY gave me my food and APOLOGIZED, the cook did! I'm really disappointed and I recommend NOT VISITING THE KFC ON...
Read moreThey truly care about their restaurant. I observed the manager personally approaching a customer to tell him they no longer had a menu item. You don't see that anymore. When I picked up my order I said I thought I had a large drink. The young man immediately went to get me a large drink. No questions asked. Customer service at its best. The food is good. The fries are carbilicious. You have made the Colonel proud.
