Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Angelo

I ordered the big box dinner for me and my family when I did not get my whole order nor a receipt I called y'all's store and tried to explain to the lady who answered the phone of what was going on, not only was she rude but also disrespectful,and the delivery guy not give me a copy of my receipt,I've been a customer for a long time but I will be taking my business...

3 pizzas and Personal pan had no sauce. Toppings on pizza were like a pinch of it. Alfredo chicken tasted like it was day old and they just microwaved it. Pepperoni melt the cheese was slightly melted and the outside was burnt. Couldn’t even force ourselves to eat it. I think the staff is under trained and the manager probably doesn’t care...

If I could give negative stars I most definitely would! So disappointed, especially since this is a brand new location! If I were the staff that allowed something that looked like this leave the establishment I worked at….. I would be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed! It’s not like it’s just a little extra toasty….
