Taco Bueno — Restaurant in San Angelo

I purchased lunch from here for my family. When I received my order is was wrong. I waved at the employees but they just ignored me. There was no cars in front of me and one behind me. When the employee finally came to the window I explained that I was missing 3 taco burgers and handed her my receipt. She looked at my receipt looked in my car and looked at my receipt again. Then asked me to pull forward and shed bring out my burgers. When she brought out the rest of my order there were only 2 burgers. Before I could stop her she was gone. She kept my receipt. So I went in with the bag of 2 burgers. When I walked in the guy at the counter said what is your order wrong? I said yes I ordered 3 taco burgers and I was only given 2. A worker filling the orders came to the front and said I already gave you 1 of the burgers in your bag so that's why there are only 2. I told her i looked through everything and there were no burgers. She and the other employees continued to argue with me. So i said fine I'll go get the rest of the order so you can check it. As I'm walking out they say they'll make the burger. I say I'm still going to get my order so I can prove I'm telling the truth. I bring the order in no one looks at it. Not sure why they treated me the way they did. All I wanted was what I paid for no more no less. I will not visit the taco bueno in San Angelo. The employees that were rude did...

Went in for the first time and wanted to try brisket taco they came out with . We ended up getting the $5 brisket taco box . What made no sense was why I was getting a meal I had to pay 99cents to add a drink when it should come with the meal considering the following. The brisket taco was about the size of a chef boyardee ravioli. The regular taco that come with the meal was half the size of a Taco Bell taco and the meat was a pink color and that’s all that was on it was meat. And the “meat bean and cheese burrito “ that was supposed to come with it was almost the size of a hot pocket and was just beans and unmelted shredded cheese.........A bean and cheese hot pocket come on now. We got the “brisket quesadilla “ on the side to split and it was just unmelted shredded cheese with a couple little strands of brisket in it. Will never return to any taco bueno

I friggin love taco Bueno, used to drive to abilene just get some tacos and muchacos before it came back to San Angelo. I'm basically writing this post because for the past (at least) six times they have significantly messed up my order.. especially upsetting when you get home and realize once again they shorted you your kids food and cheesecake chimis!! Come on san angelo staff, get it together! Even when calls are made to the establishment all they do is request you drive back. It's bs..I've literally been out of so much money due to oversight and the staff not ensuring the meals given out are what was ordered. I can't say I won't be back, because again, love the food but I can say at this point I'm...
