Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Angelo

Most horrible experience! I called in my order, since I was on lunch from work, and didn’t want to be late getting back. When I got my order, it was not thin crust, which is what I wanted. I go back in, and take the wrong pizza with me, so I can get the correct one. I stand there for 15 minutes, and finally my pizza comes out. The manager informs me that she has to reverse my first order (meaning putting the money back on my card, which we all knows takes forever), and I have to pay again......Mind you, the old pizza I had brought back in with me has been sitting on the counter this whole time..... I inform her that I can not double pay, because there isn’t enough money on my card, and ask if I can just pay the difference (which brings me to.... WHY IN THE HECK IS THIN CRUST MORE THAN THICK???), and she says I can not just pay the difference. SOOOOO, I got to eat cold 🥶, old pizza, that was the wrong kind, AND was late getting back to work. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up, I received a bent, messed up old pizza. So I call to get it remade and bring them back the other one. They thought they hung up and was audibly talking about me and how I messed my own pizza up and just wanted a free one (I was bringing the old one back) the manager that I talked to on the phone is the one saying all of this. On the phone I repeated my name three times and I mentioned I had an online order but she said on the phone when she thought she hung up I don’t know this girls name so I’m gonna put girl for her so called messed up order name. I get there and talk to the and the drive thru guy was saying “oh god” and was laughing. I never received an apology or anything instead they all laughed pretty much in my face. The hot and ready are very well done. As far as flavor I have no complaints the main issue is the parking you get locked in if you go there at specific times because the line will overtake your parking spot. However they move the line so fast that you don't get stuck for very long and it's more up to the other drivers if whether you're going to get out or not. But as far as service they do very well with what they have and they are more than happy to serve you in any way you need. I've been eating at this little Caesar for the past 3 years now and I don't pick any other pizza place in town because of how well they do just watch the parking. Also don't forget they have delivery so that makes things a lot easier and it's not...
