McDonald's — Restaurant in San Angelo

I'm a disabled vet I spent $40 at this McDonald's the other day. Eating two separate times in the same visit was there no more than 2 hours only because I had got a hernia that morning carrying too much weight due to the fact that I'm homeless and I don't want to lose any more of my things so I've been trying not to have to leave stuff. Situations improving I don't need pity for that. But within 20 minutes of the last time I ordered and ate my food I'm waiting for my ride to get there who at this point was only about 10 minutes away the manager comes out very aggressively and tells me that I need to leave I told her I've just spent money here I'm literally just waiting for a ride I can't carry my things any further. She offers to call an ambulance which would be more commendable if she wasn't just trying to be rid of somebody who was not causing any problems at all not asking for anything not speaking to anyone just patiently waiting for a ride. Due to my situation I told her I would rather wait for my ride and I declined. Because honestly if an ambulance comes to get me and take me to the hospital and try to take all my things with me. Then later on I'm in the same exact position only now I'm at the hospital standing there with all my stuff. It didn't seem like a better option the better option was to wait for my friend who would hold my stuff for me while I was in the hospital. While raising her voice and causing a scene and making way bigger deal out the situation the necessary she threatened to call the police I told her to go ahead because my ride's already on the way and literally there's nothing I can do she suggested that I take all my stuff and go and move it 20 yards to the sidewalk which I don't see how that would make too much more of a difference only I would be all the way on the sun in 100° weather and much hotter no protection from the sunlight. the cops got there were all understanding and very very cool about the situation but before I left told me that I was banned criminally trespassed from McDonald's. Tell me how that makes sense. I was a customer waiting for my ride to pick me up paid $40 for food made sure that I ate twice because I did not want them to take aim at me like they do anyone in this area that is homeless it is disgraceful that lady is disgusting for judgmental behavior and acting like somehow I was causing some sort of problem sitting quietly...

Negative STARS, I ordered my food, nothing out of the ordinary, a couple hamburger combos and a happy meal, just the way they came, ketchup and ranch dressing, right, I waiting for 45 minutes or more,I look at the front counter and people after me getting their food first and it was other people too getting their food first, man ! I was like WTH? About this time is close to 1 hour, my wife went to ask if there's something with our order, his response was , it didn't show up in the screen, I'm like , it didn't show in their screen but surely took my money, I think they give our order to somebody, anyways, he's apologizing, im Iike ok, it's cool, finally our oder came out, No ketchup, No Ranch, so I walk to the table or whatever it's call, they have a ketchup dispenser, so I said good I guess, for my surprise it was totally empty, I try to get some, but no luck, I heard another customer asking for ketchup as well , I say thank you but it probably take another 45 plus minutes thanks but no thanks, any ways when we get to the hotel where we staying, MAN O MAN!!! Im in pain my stomach hurts so bad! To make it even worse my grandson's belly hurts, that pain keeps me and him awake till 4am , I have an Explosive Diarrhea and my grandson too, anyways if you don't mind to get one of those Explosive experience go for it, lol so next time you order or they giving you food late because they messed up and maybe put something to make you sick, Heck to the No!! This morning was good. The steak egg McMuffins are actually just the egg muffins with hamburger and grilled onion then the egg and cheese. Don't get fooled into thinking it might be real whole steak you need to chew on or might even need to cut to eat, it's just hamburger consistency with grilled onion. It taste fairly good. The morning service was excellent today!!! About a week ago I went in before they closed the inside and ordered chicken strips. Thre service was EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! The manager was setting off to the side watching & listening to the crew mess up and she would not do anything. I believe the majority of the crew was lesbians as they were pointing out the women coming in and talking about, pointing at them & then laughing. The orders would be placed on the counter, the wrong number would be called out and be the time the customer come to question about it, they would just say sorry and let them have the cold meal. This I know as that meal was mine. I passed right by the manager and she did NOT seem concerned. This just seems like a POORLY MANAGED MCDONALD'S as I have been here on a number of occasions and they are very inconsistent. ...
