Service, well lets talk about that. How come when i am the only one in line, no one in front of me no one behind me and i am acknowledged by the person behind the counter but when someone else walks up, i am completely passed over? Can that be explained? Now, I can't speak of the person that walked up didn't even say that iwas next. I went last week for the Frappuccino special and I wanted to load money on my card. The cashier was really nice but the girl that was trying to help her rolled her eyes when she realized I didn’t have a physical card on me. Every Starbucks is different of course but all I did was ask if there was a way to scan my app to reload my card and the girl (Amaris) had a bad attitude about it and when she called her managers over she seemed super bothered about it. Come here often. Love that they will improvise and make you a similar drink if they don't offer it on the menu. I also like the fact they have drinks for kids. They will also make a decaffeinated drink if you need to avoid it. They accommodate your needs and preferences. Prices are always fair, and employees friendly and helpful.
