7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in San Angelo

I want to thank this staff for going above and beyond to make the customer happy. While I’d recently, both prior to and after this visit, had bad experiences at other locations, this location reminded me why I love 7Brew. I’d seen a post regarding the energy chiller that was stacked with three different flavors and was excited to try it. San Angelo was my first attempt. The post did say to be sure to ask if they stacked, which I did, and while the young lady wasn’t sure, she asked and the person making the drinks stated they could. They also let me customize my flavors, which as I was watching, seemed to take additional steps. This not only made me appreciate the staff even more, but even made the drink. That much better. From the bottom, It was a blue raspberry, cherry and lime chiller. 10/10

Now, I wish I could tag the loop 250 Midland location because they were just awful! I’m accustomed to just telling them I’d like exactly what I ordered on my last visit and no problem. Well, I take accountability for not asking if they could stack this drink (chiller). So, you will see in the photos that the two drinks look differently. Midland apparently can’t or won’t stack. That’s ok! I just wish I’d known. So, this young girl brings my drink to me and it’s purple, so I told her I hadn’t ordered that. She rolls her eyes and walks away, mumbling. I didn’t get what she was saying. She comes back and states it’s the chiller and I apologized and asked about the stacking. She once again gives me attitude about how or why they don’t do it and I said it was okay, I’d take it- I just wish I had known. Once again, attitude. Also, the mixing of flavors wasn’t the same. It didn’t taste the same to me.

This doesn’t deter me. I just wish there was some consistency on making drinks. Still...

I was not aware that this place had food. I don’t think they do, but that is one of my deals. I’ve got to check out so I’ll give it a one star. And the service is great. It is beyond great. they are fantastic and the atmosphere since it’s a drive-through facility it is fantastic. Also But I didn’t know they had food and I hate being asked worldwide that food is cause it’s not a food place. It’s a damn coffee place. The service is great telling you I can’t rate their food because I don’t know if they have it I didn’t know it And I’m sure if I tried it would be good but I’m leaving that because I was not aware that they had food. That’s all I gotta say tonight and I’m gonna close it out loopy loopy loopy loopy. Have a good night now seven brew is the place to go if you want coffee, quick service and everything like that, but the other thing that I hate when I was asked by the bot it asked if I was going to write their food. The coffee here is amazing and so many of the employees here are so nice and helpful the reason why I gave service 3 stars was because I ordered my regular and I asked for it to be sweet and I taste my coffee before I leave I tell the young blonde hair employee that my drink wasn’t sweet enough and with attitude tells me you ordered it with extra sweet and that’s how they made it and walks off with a whole attitude ok miss ma’am i understand that but I’m telling you it’s not sweet enough so with that attitude I drove the F off that’s not what customer service is supposed to be like u could took the drink and be like o I apologize let me see if we can fix it for u every other time I’ve ordered I always had the sweet employee girls ask me if it was sweet enough and if it wasn’t to let them know and the could add some more but I just know if I go again and I see her I’m asking for someone else or I’ll just take my business elsewhere cause I’m not going to have someone with a bad attitude ruing my morning 7brew hire...
