Bad experience last night. When I asked if my coffee came with free refills or not the cashier said: "Uhm I don't know..." The coffees for my family took forever to get there, and two were missing creamer despite it being charged for on the receipt. She finally brought some. A little while later I went to get some clarity on the refill situation and no one was at the counter for like 5 minutes. Some people entered through the front door and the same cashier came back with a puzzled look on her face as I asked if a could get a refill. She replied: "Sir!" In a harsh tone. I then replied: "Well does it come with free refills or is it a separate itemized charge?" She then finally answered the question I asked to begin with as to avoid all this. Cashier replied: "Oh, no. For another one of those, it has to be pre-paid." I said thanks for letting me know and pitched my empty cup. *Funny that it has to be pre-paid, yet it was paid for in the combo. I hope this Whataburger is the only bad...
Read moreThis seems to be one of those can't quite get right locations. Every visit there has been some issue. Whether I order in the app or go insode or through the drive-thru (it is the closest to me), there has always been something wrong.
Having ingredients that were requested to be removed or not added is a major let down. Especially when it costs more to eat here than other dine-in restaurants. I honestly no longer see the appeal. On the plus side, there are more locations if I ever decide to go again. This is just one I will avoid.
Sorry, I am just not paying $10-15 per person for the wrong order and make no mistake, if the food does not come as requested, it is the wrong order. At least this final visit only had an unsavory burger with no ketchup for the fries or sauce for my daughters kids meal. I ordered through the app and the request for ketchup was there. Just not in the bag... if it was any other restaurant, the ketchup...
Read moreIf they could ever get my order correct it might just be good. We've eaten at this location at 20 times since it's opened and only 1 time was my order correct. We order curbside or drive thru and it's always wrong. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, weekday or weekend. Today was the first time I called the restaurant to let them know though. They've been opened long enough by now to have gotten out any kinks. I talked to Jayden who said he was a manager. He told me to call the 800 number on the app for any complaints or refunds. Wow! I may have ordered my food using the app, BUT, the app didn't mess up my order...the restaurant did and the restaurant should be able to refund me for the items I didn't get. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a response. That's ridiculous. What if I asked the restaurant to wait 7-10 business days before I pay them next time?...
