Dollar Store pedicure and manicure, this time was not the greatest as I didnโt get what I paid for. I opted for the herbal pedicure and there was no orange slices. There was no herbs in the water only two teabags and a plastic package I that was opened with salt. I told Them that my feet were really so sore that that was the main reason I was there and the hot stone massage was not concentrated on the area that I needed or Wanted that part didnโt last very long. I was also supposed to receive a wooded massage which I did not receive. You were supposed to get a 25 minute massage they started at 2:08 and ended at 2:29 doesnโt seem like much but when you expect what you pay for itโs kind of disappointing. My manicure consisted of a bowl of warm water that didnโt even cover your hands little bit of lotion on my right hand and right arm didnโt even touch my left arm. Just put a little lotion on my Left hand. Again, Iโm paying for a service to come in and relax and get what I pay for and not to rush through it. Everything was being opened from a plastic package. I paid extra to have French done on my toes and my hands. Just not overly impressed. Only put one coat of clear on both my hands on my feet. I know for sure thatโs not gonna last long. I really do hope they look over the security footage because people are paying for a service that they expect to get and theyโre not really receiving it as advertised.
UPDATE They called me and apologized and offered to do my next manicure and pedicure with someone else at first offering a discount then said would be covered 100% I will try it again and update my review or...

No problem there. But then when it was my turn, I was told to sit at a table that was visibly dirty. I then waited to see how this service was going to go. The gentleman grabbed a bowl of cold water for my hands which was unpleasant but the addition of dried roses was a nice touch. The tools he used appeared to be sanitized but not so sure because at the end he took those tools to the back to put them back in the sanitized bag. I had to ask him to use a new sanding band because he was going to use the old one which had been clearly used on multiple customers. They never offered me the different packages for manicures but I noticed other people being shown a menu of the services offered. I told him no polish and I only wanted them buffed but he took it upon himself to put a clear coat. By the time I realized what he was doing, it was too late but I also just wanted to get out of there. They clearly had good retention because of how they interacted with the clients so I donโt want to say this is a horrible place but as a licensed cosmetologist even if I lived there I would never go back. There were a considerable amount of nail salons in the area so I would suggest this business practice what they are licensed to do and for the consumers to shop around before...
ย ย ย Read moreThe first I went about a month ago I got the gel x done by a man (don't even know his name) and they looked really good in the salon, but once I looked at them real good at home, some nails had more gel builder stuff on them so they were thicker and some were very crooked.
The second time I went was just yesterday and I just got a fill by a woman. She didn't even tell me her name either. She had a rude tone when she actually asked me 2 questions (that's all we said to each other the whole time) she seemed to be in a rush while doing my nails. I don't know what the deal is but both times they didn't even get all the way to the cutical so it looks like my nails have already started growing out. When the man that is at the front when you walk in came over and told her that a lady had just walked in for an appt she booked with her for a mani and a pedi, the lady doing my nails told him "I don't have time for a pedi but I can do her mani" she then got mad and started hurrying even more. The customer had sat dow to get her pedi and the lady doing my nails asked very rudely "what pedi are you getting". When we were done she walked with me to the front to pay and I felt the tips of my nails on my thumbs were rough and I told her and she very rudely said "well pay first and then I will take...
