Went through drive thru window ordered a classic meal. There was a truck ahead of us at pickup window. We waited about 14 minutes and noticed that the guy was just ordering. We backed up all the way up to the front of Arbys and decided to just go inside and pickup the order. Waited patiently for 2 customers ahead of me to finish ordering. I asked the girl for the meal I had ordered through drive thru window she said "what did you order"? And started entering the meal all over again. I told her I ordered thru drive thru window and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and tried taking my order again. I told her "Thank you and to forget about my order and walked out. My order should have been ready at pickup window. I'm not one to complain very often and give them the benefit of doubt. I live near by this Arbys and sometimes walk in to place my order and have never had any issues. Maybe she was a trainee or just forgot to place my order. This Arbys is my first stop everytime I drive to Fortworth, which is at least twice a month . I guess ill just have to find an Arbys on my way out of town. I was texting while driving ( the legal way). And found an Arbys here at Mc Queeny ,Texas. Hopefully I'll be able to order my Cassic Roast beef sandwiches without a problem. Okay....got off truck walked into Arbys ordered my Roast beef sandwich, it didnt take more than 5 minutes and Im a happy camper! I am a 70 yr old retired vet. and have been eating Arbys sandwiches for a very long time and dont plan on stopping....
Read moreI went in today with my two children and my wife and order two kids meals, two chicken wraps,a Arby's sandwich, mozzarella sticks and fries I waited over 20 minutes before asking about my order for them to tell me I still needed to wait for the chicken to be ready that it would be done in a few minutes that he was too worried about the drive-thru. The tall fat white guy who had his kids with him at work said these words exactly That's he wasn't sorry about the wait cause there's short staffed when there was 3 employees n just me in lobby and that his drive thru was long. And the female on duty said well our drive-thru is busy and we have to do that one first. which I was the only customer inside waiting 20 minutes. Then the tall fat white guy who had his kids in lobby said again about the long line and he didn't care and I said well your kids are eating already which they were in lobby and I told him while mine are still waiting. So I left with no food for my children and asked for my money back and just went to different location. The tall white guy was very rude I don't know how he works for customers. Read morebased on my recent experience...not sure how to start...maybe over reacting BUT I didn't feel that my personal information was safe. wife and I went through the drive thru and when we gave them my card to pay " their card reader started having problems" so the drive thru attendant was swiping the card and it wouldn't read it ( we just used my card 10 minutes ago at a Buffet). then out of nowhere another person comes like a cook or something and begins wrapping a piece of receipt paper around the card to get it to read...BUT BEFORE HE COULD SWIPE IT I saw him " wrap the card skim the numbers AND then place it in to swipe it". I got my food and left.went to the ATM.withdrew some money(worked fine here). reported my card stolen. SKIMMING==wrapping/covering the embroidered numbers of a card with a piece of paper AND firmly running your your fingers over the numbers to get the imprint. NO PAPER SHOULD EVER BE SEEN OVER A PERSON'S CARD. other than this, food was free...not because my card was reported stolen. kids just gave it to us.
