Ugh! What a let down! This place was so awesome when they first opened. Now the staff is horrible. They're either loud & obnoxious ir dumb as a box of rocks. They can't focus on a conversation, they have no manners, can't answer menu questions. The previous crew was the opposite of this. They finish with one customer come to another customer then just walk away back to the other customer. What what is going on here?! Train these people if nothing else to have manners. I was talking to 1 girl and she literally looked like she had a lobotomy in seconds that passed. I said, hello are you okay? And she was just like why, what, oh, huh? I thought to myself we were in the middle of a conversation where'd you go. Geez. I'm not sure if the same manager was there when they first opened it's like a totally different place. The Universal City location has managed to maintain excellent service. Service is a lot to me. If a product can be great but if the service is lacking I don't need that product anymore. I can go somewhere else very easily. On a different day I expressed concern over that big giant loud obnoxious employee who's so rude and the guy goes oh she's nice and I thought to myself what the f does that mean? what do you mean she's "nice". If she's nice to you ir when she knows you are near her that it is useless. It matters when the "nice" employee is rude to 1 person. they need to be talked to and told to not do that anymore. Also I know it's hard to hire people but people need to learn they need to get smart when they get a job and if they're goofy or dumb then as a manager it's your job to help them...
