(Don't waste time & money Bill Miller's lost it's pride in quality!)

*(2nd review Sept. 25) Ordered 15pc chicken all white family meal spent over $50. Instead got a 13pc, I called and talked to MANAGER PENA she said to go back so she could correct the order and that she would add an extra pc of chicken for the inconvenience. Went back to the bill Miller's talked to the staff to tell them I needed to talk to Pena. They called her, she yelled from the back that she is talking to a customer at the drive thru and she will be with me after. 15mins later she never came, so then I asked for her again. (While waiting I was observing, and talked to other customers and they were all experiencing bad quality.) Finally she came handed me a order, I checked the order of course it was wrong it had dark meat. I went back to the register and asked for Pena, I didn't want to bother the staff cause they looked overwhelmed. (1 staff member told the other staff that he was going to take a order outside and said " If I don't come back you know why.") I sensed this place was overwhelmed and had no support from management. I talked to Pena again and told her the order was wrong again, she said "Oh that's right you said white meat." She finally gave me the right order. Spent approximately 30mins at the location.

*(Probably gonna get the same copy n paste response from Bill Miller's Management. Saying their sorry and to go online... yada yada yada.)

*(1st review 8 months ago) Everytime my family orders from Bill Miller's 4 out of 5 times we have a problem with the drive thru order (always missing item), and we have a family of 8. Also when calling to place a order from my home I was put on hold, while driving to Bill Miller's they never answered my call (waited 11mins). So I decided to go to the drive thru, again my order was wrong. I had enough of this bad customer service, I give them the benefit of the doubt but... no more. We decided to no long visit this Fastfood Restaurant (sure acts like one).

From reading the reviews it looks like an on going problem.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband , family and I went to Bill Miller at 7:12 pm Order # 32. It was our first time at this location we normally go to the location near our home but decided to stop by at this location. Big mistake! We ordered brisket, chicken, pumpkin pie etc. First the brisket was all fat and cold so we returned it for another piece. It was a better piece of brisket but still cold. Then I got my chicken and it was dried as if it was under lights all day. I also returned it and got the second plate and got the same another dried piece. At this point we were very upset. I didn't even want to return it for fear of them doing something to our food. You could tell they were also getting upset over us complaining. Then my daughter pumpkin pie looked old. So my husband finely said he had en-off and asked for the Manager. As my Husband explained to the Manager that he was upset over the food quality, she was rolling her eyes and disagreeing with us that we were wrong. My husband let her know that we didn't want anything from her but to make sure for other customers to check on the quality of the food for other customers. We felt that the Manager did not care about how we the customers felt. She did not do or say anything to make our visit better. We enjoy Bill Miller But will never go to that location again. The Manager was very unprofessional I do not know how she even became a Manager the way she treats her customers with that bad attitude, DON'T go ti this location and Wast your money on BAD SERVICE AND...

Food was NOT good. The slaw is the WORST slaw I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. I told my husband that this was the worst slaw, even worse that his late grandmother's. I've made slaw enough to know that you don't douse it in vinegar. The sliced brisket was more fat than beef but what was there was fantastic. I usually love the sausage offered at bbq restaurants... I was even surprised by this because it was no kind of goo. My meal was supposed to come with "hashbrowns" and didn't. I believe I ordered the Rancher, which says it includes 2 meat options and 3 sides. It didn't come with them and after the slaw dressed in vinegar alone and the potato salad having the tang of vinegar... no one in our party liked our food with the exception of 2 of the 6 kids in our party who ended up sharing 2 orders of chicken strips and fries. Only one of the kids was offered or asked what they wanted their sides to be. This was a comedy of errors and while we aren't from anywhere near Bob Miller establishment won't be something we'll be doing again that doesn't even come close to putting the comedy into a comedy of errors. This was more of a trainwreck that was already off the rails before we walked in the door. My husband said the brown beans were quite tasty as were the the sweet tea. Other than that... this is some place I will never enter again. Not an extremely inexpensive meal and the best part of the experience was leaving (and...
