Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

When I walked in the door and said hello, a young man (employee) that was serving another customer looked at me but did not say anything to greet me or even smile. I stepped up to the bar where you give instruction on how you want your sandwich made, thinking, “Wow, I guess they don’t get trained here. I would’ve never gotten away with being rude like that at TOGO’s.” A young lady walked out of the back kitchen area, looked at me straight-faced, looked away, and then just stood there literally fidgeting with her hands and watching her coworker make the other customer’s sandwich, she even had gloves on. I waited for 2 more minutes, while staring at them both, thinking “they’ve gotta be f*&?ing kidding me....”. Finally I said, “Excuse me.” They both looked at me and looked away. I said again louder, “Excuse me?”. This time they were both staring at me, looking like maybe they were actually mentally impaired. I said,”Do you guys not greet customers here? I’ve been standing here for 5 minutes, you guys have both seen me, and you just completely ignored my presence.” They looked at me with dull looks on their faces, mumbled some things I couldn’t even understand, looked at each other and then just looked back down. Flabbergasted, I said, “Oh my gosh, forget it!”, and ran across the street to another store. These two need to be trained and maybe drug tested. I wish I would have gotten their names and the name of the manager. But they both gotta be in their early 20s or younger. Never going there again, and I’m going to tell everyone I know about my experience at the Subway on West...

Yeah the 3rs one cia see it on his phone easy 260 second hack to think an idea e food was okay but the customer service was nothing short of me embarrassing myself. First thing I say to the guy working there was okay now listen(which he didnt) I need u to relax spread out that white paper of urs and he was already in motion going to ask me also till I stopped him and said no put the paper flat and put ur hands on top of it. 09/13/21 Monday … same thing happened to me. Ordered online and when I got to the store I was told they hadn’t received my online order. Save your time & money & don’t go to 6912 w military dr subway location. I won’t ever come here again!

4 months ago Melissa D Online ordering was not working. Recieved confirmation and monies had been paid via debit card thru system. Got to the store and was told they hadn't received my online order. Had the impression from "sandwich artist", that nothing could be done. Had to call Manager to tell her to make my sandwiches. I'm not quite sure what to think of this new generation of workers. They can't think critically or find simple solutions to problems...
