I was going to order more than what I did I hesitated because all the food didn't look to fresh to began with so their were 2 managers on duty and the food still looked bad and the gurl serving the food was totally clueless and served the smallest portions u could think of like if she purposely looked for small pieces of chicken I had ordered hashbrowns and she put very little in the portion cup then I took them back cause they were super hard like dried out from the heat then I asked yo change to rice and again small potion and the grains were hard and my husband ordered the stuffing as a side and this mess in the picture is what they said they had so I asked for a fresh portion waited 15 mins or so and the Manger brought me what is in the picture and said that's the way it comes u could smell the burned crust on it and u could taste it and they forgot the gravy I had to go ask for it .I was appalled at the comment because I've never known their stuffing to be this flat and burnered at that we waited 15 mins and he brought out exactly what was already sitting their and tells us it supposed to be like that. hey ket going and signing off in books and checking this and that but I don't see how he couldnt or they couldn't see how bad the food looked I get it was a little slow but it still was 2 to 3 hours before they closed and they already had stuff put up like like it getting ready to close .Bill Millers has gone down tremendously food wise and service wise .One of the mangers looked like he was bothered and unapproachable and the other who told me this is the way its supposed is the one who brought the same stuff I had asked them to fix so I didn't even bother to complain .All the food...
Read moreMorning staff is extremely rude and discourteous. As I was walking in A lady was walking out looking very upset . I heard a female employee laugh and say a very rude remark about the lady. There was a gentleman ahead of me that had been standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged in which he wasn’t , multiple employees passing by him as if he wasn’t there . He looked back at me in disbelief and I asked him is there no one manning the register he said he didn’t think so so I asked “ Is there anyone manning the register or should we go to the drive thru ? At that point 2 female employees approached the counter to take our orders no greeting no apologies looked at me to prompt me to order in which I did and politely may I add . After payment cashier handed me my tea and walked away . I stated to the gentleman waiting “ They are so kind here !” In which the same lady from the 1st incident laughed as if it was funny to be rude and exhibit poor customer service. My food was handed to me and I politely asked for lemons and Splenda again was passed items with annoyance, no thank you no have a good day. As someone who works in food service and now a food service auditor I understand food service is tough but the least the employees can do is be kind and courteous to your customers saying good morning and wearing a smile goes a long way if mornings and the fast pace of a high volume restaurant Is more than what you can handle then I would suggest another job. Read moreToday we decided to go to Bill Miller’s for some plain biscuits because water burgers oven was broken and Bill Miller’s was right across the street. I decided to add one taco to this to best get order and I did do this at 10:40 AM but breakfast stops at 11 so I figured it was not an issue. Stood there for 10 minutes as I watch the girls prepare at least 8 to 10 tacos on the foils and left them wide open with eggs and whatever on them as they waited for bacon and I watched the two biscuits that I ordered sit in a bag and I’m sure we’re getting cold. Mind you I’m not feeling well today but that doesn’t discount the fact that it took almost 12 to 13 minutes to get those two biscuits and bacon finally put into those tacos. The manager and the employer ploys clearly saw me standing there angry and nobody acknowledge me not even once the manager just went and hid on the other side of the counter. Lo and behold when we do get our food the biscuits were the worst they could’ve possibly picked and of course were cold and no I did not want the warm food they were offering as I was headed out the door pissed off beyond belief because it was already too late in my opinion. Communication is key and this manager failed at that. Had I been told when ordering my one taco that it would be a 10 minute wait on bacon, I would’ve clearly excepted it or ordered something else but no communication at all.
