I wish I could not give them any stars. This location is THAT bad. Not only is service horrible and slow, both for dine in and especially delivery, but the staff is beyond incompetent.
I've ordered from here a total of 4 times in the past year, maybe? I've had to call them back 2 times to cancel my order because it was almost 1 hour and 30 minutes AFTER my estimated delivery time. Once I called because the driver was 45 minutes late and the food was cold, but I had kids sleeping over who were hungry. The only time that I drove to the location to pick up my order to avoid the late delivery is also the time that the idiots behind the counter and working the kitchen, manager included, managed to not notice that the conveyor belt on the pizza oven snagged and it burned a ton of pizzas meant for delivery and carryout. They were too busy chit chatting and huddle over someone's cell phone to notice or even work. I cancelled my order then and there.
Today I placed an order at 12:17p with a delivery time of 1:22p and here we are 1:55p and I'm writing this review. I called to follow up on our order and I'm told they only have one driver and a ton of orders but that my delivery should occur within the next 15 minutes. I ask to speak to a manager to let them know that I want a refund and basically to tell them that they are inept. She tells me that my ORDER HAS NOT EVEN LEFT! IT'S STILL SITTING THERE! They had a ton of orders at the HS and the driver is stuck there. Jesus, you're the manager! Aren't you supposed to ensure that you have more than one driver during a shift? I don't know? Trouble shoot and send another person and pay them a bit extra? I ask for a refund and ask to wait so I can obtain my transaction number and she tells me that I need to go to the store to pick up a slip; they don't get a number. YES YOU DO! If you can process a payment and get a slip, you can process a transaction refund and get a slip. I don't need the actual thing, I just need the number on the slip.

Read moreI had placed a delivery order on line and paid delivery fees. Well I received my pizzas but not my Cinnamon sticks. okay! Cinnamon sticks...big deal!! Well it is.. almost 10 bucks for them. I called the location in hopes of getting them delivered on next run but NO ANSWER! So I got in my car and drove over there but kept telling syri to call last number lol.. Finally Zoriah answered and I explained what happened and at this point I'm asking for a refund because I am having to travel after placing it for delivery. Zoriah made it seem as if she understood. I get there and she then tells me she cannot give a refund and offered 20% off next order (I had already made a decision to not go back). So I declined and ask for a refund. She said no and for me to take it up with her manager the next day, While she was smirking and laughing with the other two female employees. so I asked to have my cinnamon sticks and called the complaint line. The complaint line is now investigating how this was handled and will be getting higher management involved.
Ohhhhh and today I received an email from Zoriah's manager (Donovan Warden stating they back her up and that I was "yelling at her" which is a complete lie, yes I was upset and demanded a refund but I feel it was reasonable. Read moreI stopped ordering from pizza hut a long time ago cause they have poor customer service always getting my order wrong pizza burnt they give crumbs as wings and they say order is on it's way at 9:34(which that actually happened today)but doesn't arrive till 10:15. The location is a 10 min ride. Excuse is they are short handed on driver. So I decide that I go ahead and order from them since it's been a couple of years. What do you know. They messed up on my order and arrived 45 min after I recieved notice pizza was on it's way. I called manager kept repeating himself over on what I did when I know what I ordered. Basically telling me I placed the order wrong. I know what i ordered and how i ordered. Instead of listening to me he just kept repeating himself. he refuse to give me a replacement order or a refund after I told him many times to come pick up the pizzas and I wanted a refund. Josh (manager) hung up on me several time . After the last call I made he told me my card was voided. I said voided and refund are 2 different things.
