How a manager can let an em0loyee speak to customers the way I just heard is ridiculous. Put my order in online and 20min later people ordering in line already ha e come and gone. Yet me and others get told to wait. The point of online is so it'll be ready when you get here. Not having to wait while they clear a line. Then I watched as the fries from my bag which had been sitting on the bun rack, was poured back into the fry bin and given back to me. I even came after being owed 2 hamburgers are owed to me still. Well guess I'm done with this location. Definitely not up to whataburger standards. Came right back because everything was cold. Took it to the counter and as the guy who was rude to others checked my food to see if I was lying, then told me I have to wait until they get through the orders they have. I placed mine on the app and arrived on time. The manager couldn't even come to the counter to say anything. Just let's his employees say whatever to the customer and hides when there is a complaint. Not ok. Still waiting for my food and it's now 45min later. Got home and pancake sausage platter has no sausage, no syrup, no butter. No ketchup I asked for in my order. I'm sure I waited for my food to somewhat heat up under the lights after an hour waiting. Eggs on platter are ice cold. Pancakes are luke warm. Fries were disgustingly over salted. Pancakes tasted like chemicals they wiped the counter with. Didn't eat them. Felt poisoned...
Read moreI was cycling all morning, and saw on the news the temperature was going to be in the mid-80's. I thought I was going to be able to handle it. I was wrong. I was weakening halfway to home, in the Meadows, when I felt it. My common sense said that I needed water, but my 44yo body was telling me to get an ice cold soft drink instead. I went to your store and was helped out by a young lady, I didn't get a name, but she was little and had a nice soft smile. I'm not sure if she noticed but once I stood still at the counter I got dizzy, blurred vision, and a strong desire to pass out right at that spot. She gave me a cup and just let me sit to collect myself. The ice activated seltzer opened the air passages, and the dehydrated effect from the soda cooled me down. There were a couple of times where all I could was rest my head in my hand while keeping my head up before finally concking out. But after a while, I actually did collect myself, and was able get home, drink the ice water that common sense said to do, and take a nap. After eating and consant water, I was fully rejuvenated by 930pm. There was also a matured woman who gave me a few napkins just before I left. I'm very greatful for those little things that were done for me. I've gone to you guys for many years, and I've always been glad there's a Whataburger close, but on Wednesday afternoon, you guys got me greatful. Thanks a bunch, and I hope you guys stay this positive...
Read moreEarlier tonight my wife and I went over to Whataburger Location # 8756 on Grissom Rd. And I must say I used to have a lot more better experiences than what I came in to tonight.
I do understand that when we came to place are order to go it was during a RUSH, However my food was not fresh at all and it was cold and my wife and two kids sodas where carbinated
I grew up around this area of town and during my youth the Food was fresh no carbonated sodas at all and the Employees they would go the Extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction ( even during a RUSH). And now I don't see that at all.
My wife and I placed are orders and we got are drink cups. We went to the fountain station and I noticed that there was no Sweet Tea in the Dining room lobby so I told the employee.
She informed me that they don't have that in the front anymore other fast food chains and other Whataburger's I've been to have it there.
Then we got are order and when we got back to are place the food was cold and not fresh.
Back when I was a kid this place was much better then than it is now (Food was fresh and Employees went the Extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction).
I remember back when I was a kid when you ate Whataburger you used to have the Smile the size of Texas on your face and the food was to die for back then, you don't have that anymore.
I do not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT AT ANYMORE. unless they go back to some of the old was...
