Customer service here at bill millers has gotten so bad employees don’t have knowledge about wait time or how to properly respond to customer and obviously management isn’t managing properly these young employees do as they see so if they see upper management with no care for customer service that’s how they will approach customer I ordered a 15 piece family meal got in the drive through line at 8:15 pm it was 8:25pm when I got to the speaker to order I asked what size the family meal chicken comes in so I proceeded to go with the 15 piece I specifically asked if it came with bread my understanding the loaf bread she said yes and a medium fry and large fry then she said it’s gonna be a 20-25 min wait so I said ok then she talking to people in the background and told me oh it’s a 40 minute wait I said yall will be closed by then she said oh no it’s a 20 minute wait so then I told her ok I’m gonna wait I felt like these young kids don’t want to work or us place orders so I’m in the line for 10 mins by the time I reach the window so I pay she leaves the window comes back ask for me to pull to the front to wait so they can control there drive thru time so I asked how much longer she asked the people making the chicken the proceeds to tell me 20-25 minutes I said hold on I already waited 10 mins so now it’s gonna be another 20–25 mins she said well I don’t know what to tell you maam so I asked to speak with the manager Jesus he said it’s a 7 minute wait but they tell people 20-25 minutes as a precaution for what he couldn’t explain what precaution just sounded like a excuse he was making for his employees so I pulled to the front waited 10 mins not 7 like he said but I didn’t say anything so I had my husband check our order the through 10 dinner rolls in a bag instead of giving me my loaf bread when I was told my order comes with a loaf then they didn’t add the three cups of gravy i asked for so I took a picture to show the area or general manager left the rolls inside because that’s just lazy and sloppy of them they charge us full price for our meals and deliver half ass service I told the manager I didn’t get my gravy I specifically said three cups but he proceeds to ask for two I told him I’m gonna bring this up to upper management he could careless he told me go ahead and call cooperate so the day before this I went to the location on Southcross and Pleasanton order a refill got charged 8 times for a refill called there the manager was aware of the situation happened to other customers but they still continued to use the same card machine that was either hacked or compromised with and now I go to this location to have a horrible experience I think at this point I have no hope that things will get better for...
Read moreI can't believe I'm writing this about bill miller's, but someone is slacking off, I had a missing tender in one of my meals and they forgot my bacon in another meal when I went for breakfast. Bill Miller's always makes up for what they do wrong, today I went to go get my meal, I couldn't find my receipt, so I had to go all the way back home, so I can come back and receive bad service again from the cashier, just to get burn fries and old dry chicken tenders. My food was disgusting and old. I had to make two trips for nothing, the sad part was my receipt was in my wallet, but the cashier was very rude, so I felt rush and told her I would look for it and bring it back, just to get burn fries and old dry small chicken tenders. Nevertheless, I had to spit out my food, because it was disgusting. I NEVER THOUGHT IN MY LIFE!!! BILL MILLERS WOULD GIVE ME DISGUSTING FOOD!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS EVER HAPPEN TO ME!! Read more8/10/23. 800pm Thursday I go to make my order #3 and I'm greeted by a young girl by the name of Epilepsy she greet me by Sir I am all woman thank you very much fast food industry we tend to make those kind of mistakes pretty easily but so I go on to order my refill drink Starrey which was filled by associate by the name of Leah as I'm done with my order and Leah passes me my drink she says well this is what you would get when you get a refill which was like not even half of my 48oz. So I told her it was fine I didn't want to complain. But the more I thought about it she should have been a little more professional and at least filled my cup in the 32oz Bill Miller's cup and been precise and put it into my canteen if she didn't want to fill my cup which is understandable if she didn't want to put it to the top with it being a bigger canteen So Epilepsy goes on to ask me my name I tell her Jessica she say what is it I Say Jessica..!?
