Casa jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

So I never really liked their lunch plates but I would go with my friends. I didn't like the beans & rice particularly and I definitely didn't like the steak i had. It was very thin but very tough and I could not chew it. If the waitress had come back sooner, i could have told her about my issue, But I had to go up there, wait, come back and wait, then go up there again and feel stupid that I couldn't even eat my main course for lunch, because it was unchewable. I don't feel I should have to pay for almost all of it minus $1.99 which was what the manager gave me a discount of. I took 3 small bites from different areas to see if it was just tough in certain locations. Nope, the whole thing was inedible. I didn't learn my lesson either because last time I got it, it was bigger too but still not great. I feel bad that they wasted that piece of cow for nothing, because I didn't eat it and I left it on the plate and didn't even take it in a to go plate. I watched them throw it into the trash, giving me $1.99 off my whole plate when I should have just left all of it cuz nothing was good. The only thing I liked from there was breakfast and someone else's mocajete that they let me taste. By the way, I have NEVER SENT FOOD BACK IN MY LIFE, I normally suffer in silence, but that isnt fair & cant afford to these days. I don't plan on going back. Also, the mocajete says $15.99 or so on the menu but my friend said they charged her like $23 or more. Next time I know to go right up there & tell them right away how bad it is so I don't get...

Went for breakfast and ended up paying for my tables meal plus the unexpected entertainment. Yes you heard that right. The food is good, not amazingly great but you pay for what you get. Good prices, good food. Our server was amazingly sweet, observant and attentive. 10 stars for her if I could. She was on top of it before we could even ask! The unexpected and unwanted entertainment. One older man came in and started playing his guitar. Sang two songs and walked around the tables shaking a box until you dropped some sort of change or dollar bills in the box. It was almost expected per say. As if everyone knew to have their money ready to give. I thought I was on a show or something. Next a lady selling fruit came by to ask if we wanted any and she stood for a min after we said no thank you. I had to say have a great day before she left. Thirdly a young gentleman walked in with a speaker and microphone. Here we go again. By this time I knew the drill and got out money because i wanted to enjoy my meal instead of digging through my purse. So take some cash ahead of time to enjoy this surprise entertainment. I was about ready to clear out the chip bowl and start dancing to get some extra funds put in my pocket to pay...

A friend took me to this restaurant. Quiet, spacious,clean place. A very dry Greeting. Approx.,five customers here, the entire time, while we were there. Many workers, relaxed. Finally, a person came to us. I should have sat in one of the higher chairs, cause other chairs there, were too low for me. I had difficulty getting up, cause I'm cripple. I had a enchilada dinner. I wasn't happy about how my food was plated. Presentation is important. Dinner out of a can🙁.Food cold and bland tasting. I got the feeling a fluxing of prices.
