The service is amazing, the vibe and overall experience with the service team as a whole was great. Even though this was authentic Mexican Food, it was not the best Mexican food. I have had Mexican food in many states. Even in the deepest parts of Mexico. Something about this food screams, frozen ready to cook. Honestly, after living in Houston for 17 years and moving to Arizona for 3 years and coming back to Texas to San Antonio for the second time. Just my own personal opinion…Arizona has (better) some great Mexican Food. Just my own personal opinion. This food at this restaurant in particular says, " I’m kind of pricey but my quality isn’t exquisite." On the plus side, the overall experience was not bad, the service team make up for the mediocre food. The team was skillfully divine and attentive. You can even pay 20 dollars to have the mariachi band play a beautiful song at your dinner table. My husband said that the mix drink was so strong that his brain went numb. Glad I don’t drink. In conclusion, great team, beautiful restaurant and average food. Enjoy guys!

Man this place is terrible . Staff is nice, scenery is beautiful , my mind went to Lala land thinking I was at a quinceanera with all the loud tejano music . I was not relaxed at all . The food is horrible . People that come here are nothing but chicanos that don’t know what good texmex food is. I should’ve just went to nichas but I needed to try something different . I ordered cheese enchiladas. My food was lacking flavor . The rice is over boiled . . Not to mention there was water flowing all around my food because they didn’t dry the plate after washing it before placing my food on it . My moms Chile relleno was loaded with salsa all over her plate it made her food soggy and we both honest just lost our appetite. I wasn’t rude with the waitress because I’m not like that . I’ll just know better next time not to come . This place lacks a lot of love in the food . Y’all can do so much better with a lot of the traditional texmex dishes because it’s really nice here and y’all gets lots of customers but I’ll tell you it’s not because of the food

4.5 stars .. that being said this place was good clean great staff food was on point my steak was overcooked and they took care of it and get me a freshman besides that everything was good you get complementary chips and salsa with a side of chorizo beans and it was very tasty shrimp was nicely cooked not dried out steak had a good flavoring to it!!! Update 1 week later. No bueno.. 2 stars on the food . My friend and I both ordered the deluxe plate would explain what is coming with me gravy on top of enchiladas we did not receive that we just got plain cheese enchiladas nothing on top beans and rice were good to be fajita that came with it look like Asada meat not real fajita meat but had a good taste to it… Picadillo taco that came with the plate was blan and gray in color. No taste like it was just boiled. We coincidence he got the same waitress from last time she was perfect on point trying to fix everything that was wrong but they dropped the ball this time in the kitchen.

Worst customer service experience ever. As we walked towards our table, I almost slipped due to a slippery floor. I tried to inform the staff member who handed us the menu, but she hastily walked away. I approached two other waiters, but they ignored my attempts to communicate and quickly moved on.

To my horror, a family entered the restaurant, and the elderly lady fell in the exact same spot where I almost slipped. She hit her head on the corner of a table, resulting in bleeding from her ear. Shockingly, none of the restaurant's employees offered assistance or even checked if she was okay. Instead, two individuals approached the family to take their drink order, completely disregarding the incident. It was only after the family pointed out the severity of the situation that some workers finally attended to the injured woman.

When I approached one of the waitresses near the incident area, I tried to explain that the floor was dangerously slippery, recounting my near fall. However, she ignored my words. Another waitress joined her and dismissed my concern, claiming there was no water on the floor. Despite reiterating that I had almost fallen, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I couldn't help but feel deeply sorry for the lady who fell, hoping that she is alright.

The complete lack of empathy and negligence demonstrated by the staff is utterly appalling. Their failure to address safety hazards and their dismissive behavior towards customers' well-being is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend this restaurant and will seriously reconsider returning...

So, I have been here (dining in) about 4 or 5 times & have gone through the drive thru about 3 times. My 11 year old daughter is the one who told me about this restaurant because her Grandma took her there a few times for breakfast tacos so I took her too. Well, we went the other day (Tuesday 09-07-2021) & I'm going to be completely honest...I was disappointed. There was only 1 other party there that included 4 gentlemen & that was it. There was 1 server there too. I want to say I was a disappointed with the service more than the food. The food has always been great from here, but that morning....not so much. The server didn't have any other table except the 1 I mentioned earlier & it took a long time to get our drinks, our straws, & our food. It looked like the other party that was there had been waiting a long time. Now, I will add that the drive thru could have been crazy earlier that morning because it was the day after Labor Day but I can't be certain. The server didn't seem too interested, buuut...I understand being the only one there & being frustrated. My order was wrong too & that bummed me out. Since it took so long to get the food in the 1st place, I didn't want to send it back. Like I said before, the food & service has always been great from here. Maybe this day was just an off day. It happens. I'm just being as honest as I can. I will still definitely go back! Their roasted red salsa is SOOOOO good & I eat it with everything...

My boyfriend really wanted to go here, so we did on Saturday night around 930pm. As soon as we got here it was very crowded, so we figured it must be for a good reason... This place has really fantastic reviews, and we wanted to see what the hype was about.. Unfortunately we waited and waited to be overlooked...and even the Manger passed by us and nobody came. So I had to get up and asked for someone to help us. They refused to even refill our water glasses, I again had to ask another server for help. Eventually the food came, however the service was Horrible just as much as the food. I ordered a taco salad, and asked politely for the fajita meat on the side. When it came out it was just immersed in it, the lady server got very rude with me. I told her I did ask you, but no biggie things happen, right? The shell was very cold and the whole salad was thrown everywhere on the plate. Perhaps lessons in proper common sense may be needed. The boyfriend got a classic combination platter. And it was the same, cold and tasted old. The salsa was beyond disgusting..honestly if you want Mediocre Mexican Food then by all means come here. The manager walked by us again at asked every table if they were happy, but he avoided us. We were dressed nice, and it may be the color of our skin that didn't get us any help, regardless it was overall a Negative Lasting Impression that will not get us to come...
