Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in San Antonio

There has always been an issue at this location, from long wait times, to stalls not working, rude service/attitude for no reason and always out of everything... Like once they were out of sweet tea, and bcoz I didn't want a soda replacement..and they didn't want to issue a refund, they "found" sweet tea in a cup set off to the side that they poured into another cup and then gave that cup me with my order, yeah! I'm sure they didn't care when I threw the drink away in the trash infront of them. I usually ordered drinks and ice cream from here. I recently ordered two drinks bcoz I was in a hurry, and where I was going, I knew I needed to carry them while holding other things, so I asked for a cup holder ... Among many things they've told me in the past like..." They stop making sweet tea at night to clean the containers for the morning crew" ._. ... On this day, They told me the store doesn't order cup holders anymore. Thats it's too expensive. a restaurant that it's business is mostly about drinks and ice cream in cups, more cups and cups everywhere... They don't order cup holders anymore. Lmao. If you're going to lie to me bcoz you're too lazy to actually do your job ... Hahaha nvm, so absurd. But this stems from this location and it's crew just being outrageous and horrible when it comes to customer service and performance in paying my hard earned money for these nasty...

Horrible service as soon as I pulled up, not even a person letting us know they'll be with us in a moment. We were completely ignored, I ordered online and verified I was here, they are super slow had hardly any customers, when our food was brought out the girl who delivered our food didn't say a word, just looked at us like we were crazy handed us our order and walked away. She didn't greet us, tell us our order, or ask if we needed anything. We were still missing other items on our order. We pushed the button and saw another car pull up, they answered the other car first. Literally 3 people in the parking lot. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!! DON'T GO HERE!! I asked to speak to the manager and she was rude didn't look like she even knew what she was doing. Said she'd see what she could do and she never came back, made us wait another 20 minutes then sent another rude snarky girl out to ask us what our problem was. Then she took our food and said they were gonna remake our order. We waited a good 45 minutes and no apologies, no offers or attempts to get us to come back. WORST SONIC EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I'm sorry if you ever decide to eat here, I'm NEVER coming back. They are lucky to even get 1 star since 0 is...

We waited for 30ish mins for our food, just to receive it ice cold. The girl came out and told us they were taking long because the buns were frozen.. we didn’t mind the wait. We got the food cold . We had them remake it, which took another 30 mins just for them to give it to us slightly warmer but still cold! Not to mention it was made wrong . The burgers were supposed to be plain , and they had everything on them. I called the restaurant and serenity the manger was like what do you want to do about it . I told her the burgers were supposed to be plain she said that it wasn’t on the receipt. She had it correct on the screen but when she changed the order she forgot to put it on there . She tried to argue with me that it didn’t say plain . I told her regardless we waited for an hour just to get cold food twice. She asked again what do I want to do about it? I told her I wanted a refund because it was already 8pm and I’m not waiting any longer . She told me I would have to go and talk to the main manger in the morning.

On top of all this I still had to microwave the food just to make sure the kids where able to eat something hot !!

My 5 year didn’t like it because it was shaky from the microwave.

40 dollars down the drain for crap food...
