Horrible service, lady with blue hair is rude and thinks that genuine questions are being disrespectful towards her. The lady with blue hair looked as if she was in charge of online and walk inn orders. She was given the name of customers online order and she stated that the order was already being made. After 30 minutes having waited, a genuine question was asked and blue hair lady took it as attitude, orders not done correctly should not be the customers problem nor the question be disrespectful towards the worker. But to lie to someone is disrespectful and a problem she needs to work on. 30 minutes waiting and the order not even close to being ready is frustrating enough, lying is horrible customer service this pizza hut needs employees whom are considerate and helpful. Read morePlaced order online. Arrived at location and no customers there. Yet, they still managed to get my order wrong. The workers had pizzas stacked up, but the workers did not place the order receipt on the pizzas. So they had to open each boxed pizza to place the correct order receipt on the box. By this time those pizzas had already been sitting out for 15 - 20 minutes. By the time I arrived back home the pizza was not even warm but cold. Requested extra sauce but the pizza had no sauce. Did NOT want any flavor on crust but it had that garlic flavor. Pizza tasted like cardboard with cheese. Yuck!! The desert cookie was not soft and warm but dry because it was cooked too long. This is not the first time this location has made my order wrong, but I thought I would give them another chance. What a wrong decision. Tried calling customer service but they keep you on hold so long you just hang up. Pizza Hut may be one of the larger pizza companies but that doesn't mean they can continue to treat their customers so badly. Read moreFirst of all, I love Pizza Hut, however, this was my first time at this location. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas online 2-3 minutes apart. The confirmation email said that both pizzas woul be ready by 7:41pm and I get there at 7:39. No one greets you when you enter, the employees were all over the place and look super sweaty and irritated (unsanitary came to mind). When I get to the counter, the girl tells me that only one pizza is ready (NBD) and that I can wait for the other to be ready. I ask if they sell the ranch or give it free and an employee rudely points to a sign that was hidden and doesnt say anything. They charge 99 cents, you can get a whole bottle for a buck and change at HEB! I try to be patient and wait for about 10 minutes and it is still not ready, by now my pizza is getting cold. It wasn't busy at all! I ask one of the employees for a refund because my pizza was getting cold at this point, he looks at me and says, "Your pizza is ready they are just putting in a box."
