An Unforgettable Experience at Brickyard BBQ If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s not only delicious but also genuinely enjoyable, Brickyard BBQ is the place to be. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how well-thought-out and inviting the entire setup was. The décor captures the heart of a true BBQ spot with rustic charm and a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into creating a space where everyone—families, friends, or solo diners—can relax and enjoy great food. One of the standout features for me was the tiny playground for children. It’s such a thoughtful addition, making this restaurant a perfect spot for families. Parents can enjoy their meals while kids have a safe, fun space to play. It’s touches like these that make Brickyard BBQ stand out—not just as a restaurant, but as a place that truly caters to its guests’ needs. Now, let’s talk about the food—oh, the food! I started with a loaded baked potato topped with brisket, and it was nothing short of incredible. The potato was cooked to perfection, with a soft and fluffy interior, and the brisket was tender, smoky, and flavorful, adding a perfect savory touch. Every bite was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, and it was clear that this dish was made with the freshest ingredients. Then came their signature sandwich, The Brick, and I have to say, it exceeded every expectation. This sandwich is a BBQ lover’s dream—a generous stack of brisket, sausage, and chopped pork all packed into one masterpiece. Each layer brought its own unique flavor to the table, and together they created something truly special. The meats were perfectly smoked and seasoned, and the freshness of the ingredients elevated the entire dish to a new level. Everything here is made fresh, with a level of care and attention that you can taste in every bite. It’s the kind of food that warms your soul and keeps you coming back for more. Brickyard BBQ isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the delicious food to the thoughtful atmosphere, everything about this place is exceptional. I left not only feeling full but also genuinely happy and impressed by the entire experience. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Brickyard BBQ. It’s a place where delicious food and warm hospitality come together, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

My colleagues and I dined here for lunch, and it was our first time trying this bbq spot. This restaurant has a convenient location within the medical center. The restaurant was empty when we arrived but seemed to start picking up as we were leaving. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean. They have two TVs and this is a plus to enjoy a show while eating. I ordered the loaded baked potato but it’s not the kind of loaded that I’m used to; I still I liked it but it lacked seasoning. Even after sprinkling an excess amount of salt, I still couldn’t taste it. I added bbq sauce but it didn’t help with the flavor. As a matter of fact, the bbq sauce tasted watered down. I don’t know if it was a certain brand or homemade. My colleagues enjoyed their meals. The brisket was cooked to perfection but something was missing. The soda was good and wasn’t watered down. In comparison to other bbq joints I’ve eaten at, this place can’t compete. The prices are excellent but I’d pay extra for larger servings and better taste. I do plan on eating here again but will bring on my own seasoning if I decide to dine in.

Update: i have been back since my last review and tried the loaded baked potato. It was absolutely yummiful! For a while I was visiting this place every two weeks for the brisket. As others have stated, it is a little pricey (the only reason I took off one star). Yes the brisket does melt in your mouth…ESPECIALLY the marbled cut. They were out of it today so I bought the lean for the first time. I was surprised that after a 45 minute drive home, the meat was so tender and wasn’t dried out. I started to cut it with a knife, but then realized I was easily able to chop it up with a fork. I used it to make loaded potatoes. The smokey flavor is yum yum! They have the best brisket that I have had in SA so far. The potato salad and sausage are also good. I love chatting for a while (when I get the chance) with the two gentlemen and lady who work there. They are direct yet friendly, and have always been kind and hospitable to me and others every time that I have been there. Despite the prices I would still go there over and over again. It’s worth it. Enjoy!

I recently had the pleasure of trying food from Brickyard BBQ and I can't stop raving about it! First and foremost, the brisket was simply divine. It was tender and succulent, melting in my mouth with each bite. The meat had been cooked to perfection, with a smoky flavor that was second to none. The seasoning was spot-on, striking a perfect balance that enhanced the natural flavors of the meat without overpowering it. And the best part? There was no trace of fat anywhere! It was pure meaty bliss. What truly sets this BBQ place apart is their impeccable customer service. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain their menu and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my dining experience, and their enthusiasm was infectious.

To sum it all up, this BBQ place exceeded all my expectations. The brisket sandwich was undoubtedly the best I've ever had, with its tender, perfectly seasoned meat and absence of fat. And let's not forget the outstanding customer service, which truly made me feel like a valued guest. I can confidently say that if you're a BBQ enthusiast or simply someone who appreciates great food and exceptional service, you must...

Wow! What a delightful experience! The brisket is not your ordinary brisket. It's Angus beef! This brisket was melt in your mouth tender. It looked like it had been tenderized. It was Fabulous! With a delicate smoke flavor and just the right amount of seasonings. And the ribs! The rib meat fell off the bone! The chicken is from free ranged chickens. What a difference in the quality of the meat! The handmade bar-b-que sauce was the defining touch to an already impressive meal. The sweet cream style corn was really good. Along with the homemade potato salad. Not only was the food fabulous but even the atmosphere was wonderful. Looking all around at the walls and seeing all of the different variety of colors of reclaimed wood from old barns and buildings that was painstakingly restored and laid out in a beautiful array of colors along the walls. Even the front door was pure craftsmanship. The blending of two old church pews was turned into the beautiful front door. The inspection rating that is listed is the 14th identical rating in a row. How commendable is that? You can tell that the owners have pride in what they do. We will definitely be coming back! If you're in the mood for fine, quality bar-b-que, I highly recommend the...
