Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in San Antonio

With the pandemic. Paid extra for order to be delivered with Grubhub. Estimated 45 - 60 minutes sure. Fast forward 120 minutes, no answer. Called Grubhub driver who tells us she has been waiting for an hour that poor soul. Get our food around 3 hours after order was put in.

What was ordered the family deal with 20 classic and 20 boneless.

What was delivered 10 boneless 10 classic. Costs almost 60 for the meal. Forgot the drinks.

Called the store to discuss and ultimately asked for refund I m ok to drop off the food. He said “I don’t know how to do that let me go talk to the manager” I was on hold. And then still on hold. Fast forward 30 minutes still on hold. Someone must have noticed the phone still on the line because the manager picked up wondering why we were on the line. Nice. Planned for dinner at at 1900. Drove to the store to drop off less than 50% of the food I received. Drove to wing stop instead got equal amount for less $$$. Ate past 0000.

Avoid this place like the plague. Totally 100% unprofessional staff! I drive for Uber Eats. As a driver, it is my job to ensure all items are accounted for. I was called to pick up 2 orders at this BWW last night. On one of my orders they neglected to give me one thing the family ordered! My Uber customers paid nearly $60! I've never experienced anythong like it! I had to go all the way back from their hotel, almost 8 miles round trip....pick up their drinks....meanwhile the food they did give was not anything they ordered! I called them again....asked to speak to her supervisor and she proceeded to hang up on me! As an Uber driver, I will never pick up from this BWW ever again! They're blacklisted as far as I am concerned. No apologies, nothing that showed any responsibility nor accountability on their part! I was able to make sure my customers were not charged. But the whole process kept me from making my customer happy and kept me from making 1 dime off...

I simply love coming to this Buffalo Wild Wingnow. The staff here, everyone are so super nice, smiling and working hard. Esme and Moni always go out of there way to make sure your order is correct and with light humor which makes me smile. Every visit these two say have a good rest of your day sir...so awesome. My wings are ALWAYS excellent. If you want some good wings, this location is the only choice! I appreciate coming here 3-4 x weekly for this wonderful service and will continue.

I frequent this location almost every Friday for lunch and get the same thing...traditional wings, all flats with a fountain drink Today was pretty disappointing. These wings were dried out, hard to chew, cold and it seemed as if the sauce was literally dumped on the wings in the to go container. Hopefully the next go round is much better as I do enjoy the quick drive here and enjoy the wings from...
