Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in San Antonio

Love the other locations way better! The food is way better on the north side this location is a MESS because of careless staff. They don’t cook the food right. Mozzarella sticks are cold and taste like microwaved Walmart brand mozzarella sticks. The A/C is out inside the restaurant and I was SWEATING the whole time trying to eat this junk. When Walmart A/C works just fine. Wanted to take all $50 worth of food out in a basket and eat it in the middle of Walmart but can’t do that Sadly. My daughters wanted ice cream after eating but the damn ice cream machine is ALWAYS out of service. Surprisingly McDonald’s ice cream machines work more than this place. Customer service was great.

It was our first time eating at this location, Cristian (one of the managers) was great at informing us on the menu options. She gave a welcoming hello and re approached customers making sure everyone was taken care of. My wife and I were taken back on her friendly manner. We were even overwhelmed with over the top human kindness she gave to someone who clearly needed a act of human compassion. Food was good but Cristian will keep us coming back to this location. I must admit I come here to eat at least 4 times a week and my experience went from not so good to amazing!! The food is worth every dollar I absolutely love and tried almost all of the sandwiches and they beat anybody who sells milkshakes to top it off the kids seem happy and are delivering excellent customer service I really appreciate the good meal after a long day of work Thanks to the team here for your services and you can bet your last dollar I’ll be back for more of this goodness!!
