My family usually eats here once every couple of weeks as this location is down the street from us. The most recent time (a couple of days ago) was very disappointing! I ordered a chicken Al pastor bowl and three burritos. (2 chicken & 1 steak) For the bowl I had to ask for more rice and beans because there was barely a scoop of each and the chicken was so fatty my spouse didnāt eat most if it. The rice also ended up being undercooked and semi crunchy. The first burrito which my son ordered and walked the employee through was fine when he asked for more rice and beans. However the other two burritos I asked for more rice and the employee ignored me, and still only put a small amount! I even asked them a second time⦠please put a good amount of rice the same way the first burrito was made, and my request was ignored. I paid more for my steak burrito and it was nearly half the size of my sonās chicken burrito.. there was so much leftover tortilla which Iāve actually never experienced at other locations. The 2 burritos in which our requests were ignored were so small in comparison to the initial burrito. We will not be frequenting this specific Chipotle ever again regardless of how convenient the location is. I ordered two veggie bowls with rice (not lifestyle bowls), three tortillas on the side, and some rice and beans in cups. I was polite and clear about what I wanted, but the person making my food just wouldnāt listen. She kept talking to her coworker while I was ordering, and when I repeated myself, she acted like what I was asking for was confusing. Think she was new cause this was the first time i seen the African American girl. By the time my food was packed, the rice and beans I asked for were completely forgotten. The tortillas I finally got were raw, and the way the staff spoke to me ā so quiet I couldnāt even hear them ā made me feel ignored and embarrassed. Iāve been a regular for a long time, and this is the first time Iāve walked away really disappointed in Chipotle. I expect better service and food than this, especially as someone who chooses Chipotle almost every day. Iād appreciate a replacement meal or credit, but more importantly, I hope the staff at this location is reminded how much it matters to actually listen to customers. This happened...

As we got to the line and we were about to order she randomly asked him āare you in danger, and do you need help?ā After I asked her why she is asking she said because his skin is red. (He has severe eczema) & then proceeded to tell my husband to follow her to a secluded area so they can chat about it while I stand there with our daughter; it was the most awkward and embarrassing thing with an entire line of people behind us who heard this conversation. It made the whole vibe really weird obviously so we left without ordering. I did speak with the manager later who said all he can do is coach her, not really sure why this occurred and what even sheād be ācoachedā on if she is, but yeah customer service sucks here.. & the experience was so strange.
