Read moreI went through the drive thru and was told to wait, they'd be with me shortly. I had been waiting for 5 mins and the drive thru line was getting longer. Me being the first one in the line, I had my window rolled down and other people in the line started yelling at me. I pulled forward to avoid any issues. When I got to the window the young man (DIEGO) gave me his attitude. I then apologized and said " I'm sorry, I was getting yelled at in the line and just pulled forward." He didn't even acknowledge my apology and proceeded to give me attitude. The manager ( a woman) was there beside him and didn't even say anything. When he brought my food out to my car, he continued with the same attitude. I said "thank you" and he just walked off and didn't acknowledge me. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... It seems this place is ran by nothing but young kids. If you don't like your jobs, then quit! I will preface with I am 9 months pregnant and was craving the shrimp. so I ordered a bigger plate with 2 chicken entrees and a honey walnut shrimp for dinner, I got home and the shrimp which I was the only thing I was craving was missing. Okay.. sad whatever I called and they said they can replace it the next time. I come through the drive through again, I order the same exact thing, a bigger plate with 2 chicken and shrimp entree. I give them my receipt at the window and tell them about what happened last time and that the manager said she would replace the shrimp free. they proceeded to charge me still for the bigger plate and the shrimp upgrade and then tell me to pull forward and wait for the extra shrimp. ????
