The food was decent, but I noticed a lack of attentiveness in customer service. I visited with my husband on March 24, 2025, around 2 PM to 3 PM. The young employee who assisted me appeared disengaged and seemed visibly annoyed when I requested queso, making an irritated expression. Additionally, she initially attempted to serve an old, crusted portion until her coworker intervened and directed her to use the fresher batch from the to-go orders section. When she finally added the queso, the portion was extremely small—despite the fact that guests have to pay extra for it. I was not very fond of that interaction.
Having previously worked at this location for a short time, as well as in various fast food and customer service roles, I can recognize when food has been sitting out too long and when service falls short. Additionally, when I worked here, it was standard practice to inform customers that queso came with an additional charge. While I have no issue paying for add-ons, transparency with guests is important, and unfortunately, this detail was not communicated to me by the employee.

Purchased 3 items with my nieces for $30.00 plus. Asked for 3 cups for water. Was told "Please make sure you get water."
I asked employee what was the basis of that comment. "Oh, our manager said, etc."
If we had asked for water and then filled cups with fountain drinks. You can request we pay for drinks.
Manager can put up sign by fountain drinks "Staff will charge for fountain drinks if you did not purchase."
This was my nieces first time at Chipotle. Instead of two new customers, you have lost three.
If this is the manager's policy - it's a bad policy. We felt targeted when we just came for lunch after shopping for school shoes. I have been at this location several times before, requested water and never had the comment directed at myself before.
The reference number is when I contacted Chipotle Corporate to complain about my experience. The individual Lauren Allen, called at an inoppurtune time Sunday. I have tried to call her back 4 times, left messages. As a last recourse I am posting this to Google Reviews.

This location is always filthy. Just plain dirty and filthy. You will find dirty tables everywhere and will have to wipe down one yourself if you want to dine in. Its almost like they keep it dirty so that you don't wanna sit down. This has been going on for MONTHS. Dirty tables everywhere. I once asked for a towel to clean a table, the general manager said he'd get it. He wiped down ONE small table. That's where I had to eat. I was dumbfounded that as the manager he didn't see how dirty it was and needed to be cleaned. The floors are even worse. This poor customer had to grab a napkin and wipe her table down to eat. When another customer had to do the same is when I decided to write this review. Your management at this location needs to be reviewed.
