The food here its amazing, but i wish i could say the sane about the staff. We drove 40 minutes because we love daves hot chicken but the system was “down” i do accept the staff has no control over that. But me and my family made the decision to wait and as we waited the three ladies in the front kept making unnecessary comments and offenses thinking we are deaf? Then someone else walked in and asked if they could order online and one of the three ladies said yes, we overheard this so we went ahead and decided to order online too, after the girl wrote the others person order we went to tell her we also ordered online and she immediately tell us that she can make our orders??? This clearly made us really irritated, then they have the nerve to send a random guy whos not even the manager to talk with us, after waiting for 30minutes the manager finally came out to talk to us and with no effort he took our orders and said they could be made. This shows that the staff just doesnt wanna work at this point because i understand the system not working its not their fault but the attitude, UNNECESSARY comments, and just looks left a really bad taste in our mouths, then the staff was being when we wanted to pick up our food asking us to show them our receipts as they weren’t the same people that took our orders.
