All in all, we enjoyed this restaurant. We didn't have to wait for a table. The service was a little slow. We had a new server. A young man who was transitioning from a food runner to a server. The other staff members pitched in when they could. But despite being new to the position, the young man was trying his best. He never stopped smiling, and he had a wonderful attitude. He is going to make a top-notch server! The food was extraordinary! I had the QUEENSLAND PASTA. It was served with a tender grilled chicken breast, 6 grilled shrimp, and a creamy Alfredo sauce. The dish was our of this world! My husband had a steak and baked potato with ask the fixings, and asparagus. I think it came with a grilled chicken breast smothered in a fabulous sauce with mushrooms. He was pleasantly surprised at how well his steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection! We had the TIN TAN chocolate and peanut butter cream dessert! The serving was big enough for us to share. Oh my goodness! Talk about a rich and creamy dessert! The peanut butter cream was the perfect complement to the sweet, rich chocolate! We will definitely be back! I know I can't wait to try more of their dishes! We both rank the Outback Steakhouse...
Read moreWe can start by NOT having any draft beers at all, not to sound penny pinching, a bottle of beer is not the way to go on value. Next, we were celebrating my wife's birthday we have a 9 year old son and they sat us at a "tall" table even after calling ahead to have a suitable round table so he could sit comfortably. Next the blooming onion was SWIMMING in oil, I know it's deep fried but a pool of oil collected on the plate and dripped off. The detached pieces. My wife's prime rib was nowhere close to medium rare, so it was DOUSED in pepper to hide its overdoneness... worse yet, the salad was questionable freshness ( we went in at 6 pm) and I later experienced gastrointestinal distress that lasted days. All in all one of the most unpleasant restaurant experiences I've had from a reputable chain. Asked to speak to the manager and after 35 minutes of being ignored we just left. I left out our other friends had to ask for a refire on their steak as well. The only ray of sunshine was my steak was cooked to perfection. Our server was somewhat lacking after we had all the food problems. I wish I could rate this lower, but it is what it is, I'd avoid this location if...
Read moreFirst time I went had an issue with my steak not being cooked to my specifications and served at what can be described as room temperature and raw. The manager came to our table offered sincere apologies and promptly brought me another plate and decided not to charge me for it. Great service comes a long way and they redeemed themselves by providing great customer service. The drinks were great. Another observation I want to point out, we had the salted caramel cookie served at room temp as well which was a let down since the ice cream gets it colder and harder to eat. Went in a second time a few weeks later, the service was still great but I ordered something much simpler the second time around since I worried about the temperature of my food and it was good. My wife’s plates were on point both times we went, so I guess I was just unlucky 😌. I like the ambience in the restaurant, also the restroom is kept clean. Don’t worry Outback you haven’t lost me as a customer, I still recommend going as they have plenty of choices in their menu to eat from just might have to watch out when ordering...
