Came to this location for the first time. They struggled with their system to charge us but said it's okay, and we will start on your subs. The manager Angelica proceeded to manuaully change the original amount that we gave in cash. The manager said mushrooms cost more than $4 on two subs it took about 10 min before they finally were able to charge, and obviously, we paid $4 more than the original amount, spending more than $70. We ordered 4 subs, and my husband ordered large white grilled chicken, extra protein, mushrooms, bacon, no mayo, no deli, and no onion. They gave it messed up the order with mayo, I let them know manager Angelica proceeds to take out the receipt from trash and says it's not on here the employee that took our order owned up my bad. We'll they remake it I open it up and it doesn't look like extra meat I ask they said yes but it's regular amount of meat they didn't put the mushrooms that they made sure to charge for. I didn't even check the others because I lost my voice and can't speak out loud for. While we waited for the remake, we had to obviously wait for them to make the other 4 couples behind us that ordered. Mind you, the subs were all hot, but they were Luke warm by the time we left. Customer service is horrible. The manager went to the back and hid while the girl that took our order was leaving and said, "Not my circus, not my monkeys, I'm leaving. We got home and opened up the steak and cheese, in which we said just meat and cheese, it was drenched in mayo. The sweet and spicy meatball was filled with some type of spicy bar b q sauce I didn't ask for the bread was supposed to be wheat not white bread was incorrect the bread was so soggy i couldnt eat it. This location apparently has no way to scan the barcode in the app it has no idea how an app works. They seem to think that if you place an order with the cashier, the points will magically appear in the app.
It was pretty funny, but seriously frustrating as well that I had to attempt to explain how points get on the app. I finally just had to stop explaining. No one seemed to understand.

Read moreI'm assuming I met the owner. That man was on top of his game. Definitely a customer service oriented individual. I didn't realize i was there 15 minutes before the store opened. He let me in and served me anyway. He was very friendly and even remembered my name from my order and gave me a personal farewell by name. Sharp looking, and clean shaven too... working along side his employees, and not afraid to get dirty
Definitely the type of American service that isn't seen frequently anymore.
