If I could give it 0 stars I would, let me start off with the service. It took us 15 minutes to be seated, which is reasonable as it is lunchtime on Sunday, family day. After we were seated no one greeted us or got our drink order after 10 minutes of waiting. Another server not ours came by since he saw we were looking around wondering who our server was. He was nice and got our drinks, didn’t catch his name. Finally our server came quickly got our food order and disappeared. Mind you the restaurant was extremely busy so we had patience at first with the kitchen. No waitress in sight, had to flag her down just to get refills. Slowly after an hour and half ticked by, the whole restaurant seemed to have left and it was just my party and a slim few other tables. Our food finally arrived except for my sisters plate. A lot of our meal was cold. Cold pancakes, cold hash browns, cold biscuits and gravy. Which you would expect to be steaming hot. I asked for another side of HOT gravy to pour over my biscuits to make it somewhat edible. The additional gravy was not hot and it was added to my bill (the manager took it off at the end). The pancakes also were rubbery and cold. Hardly edible and most of my party had pancakes with their order. After everyone had tried to eat this cold food since we were so hungry, my sister had still not received her meal. After waiting and seeing other tables receive food we were getting frustrated and out of patience with the kitchen and staff. When it came out it was also wrong, we requested over easy they gave us scrambled. We didn’t want the food anymore since everyone was already done. Multiple team members mentioning they would get a manager and we still had to wait to even talk to her. She was apologetic and nice but it couldn’t remedy the fact we had waited for so long for our meals only for them to come out cold. She did offer a discount for our meals but in my opinion I didn’t want to pay for such a bad tasting, cold food.
On top of this experience the restaurant was not very clean. The restrooms were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been touched up or cleaned since the night before. When my sister was trying to eat her late meal in the almost empty restaurant a team member was moping next to us with a disgusting smelling mop water. If that’s the kind of mop water they are using I can only wonder the cleanliness of the kitchen.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will never be returning. Spend your money elsewhere or find another Dennys....

Waited over 30 minutes just to be sat down when there was nobody really in the restaurant. When getting drinks they gave my 13-year-old a child cup which was a joke in its own. Took a long time to get our order. Just for my family to get their food and I had to wait over 45 more minutes to get my food. I watch my entire family eat their meal my wife try to be polite and ate slow her food was nasty cold by the time she did finish. What I finally did get my meal Yes the manager gave me a promo for my meal but quickly walked away as if to say this is enough to shut me up. While checking out I explained to the waitress that my wife's meal got cold and I would like extra compensation she said she would take care of it when I finally got my receipt nothing was done. They charged my 6-year-old they fool adults meal after repeatingly letting the waitress know we wanted the kids meal chicken tenders. On top of everything else we had to special request white gravy because the waitress or somebody did not include it in the meals. I got the chicken biscuit bowl with no gravy extremely dry so I requested gravy and it's still took 5 to 10 minutes just to get gravy. Are we just constantly kept disappearing leaving my family and I without drinks. We had to ask another waitress for drinks in which she did oblige. When we finally did see our waitress she would only say please don't be upset with me I'm an Aggie. She would also say The manager would come and talk to me when the manager finally did talk to me she began give me an excuse of how cooks called in and everything is running slow but once again really not putting forth effort of rectifying the situation. Read morePlaced an order online and there was the sausage links and bacon missing from the order. I called the restaurant and they advised me to just come back to pick up the sausage links and bacon that I should have gotten the first time around, instead of providing a fresh plate like a normal good resolution would be. The manager Jimmy advised to call the online number and go through that process instead of making it easy on everyone (the online customer service phone line said open 10-5, so that was not helpful). With Jimmy making it so difficult, I decided to just go back to the store and pick up the 2 sausage links and 2 slices of bacon. I was met with attitude, and the cook put 3 slices of bacon, and 2 sausage links. Jimmy said I needed to wait so that way I could sign off that I was picking up the meats that I should have gotten the first time around, and then looked at the order he told the cook, "this has 3 slices of bacon, it should just be 2. They then removed the 3rd slice because Jimmy wanted to be petty and have an attitude when I had been nothing but respectful. Annoyed, but did not take it out on anyone with harsh words, but apparently that calls for disrespect from a "manager" who may be in need of coaching on proper customer service. It's very unfortunate that my post partum wife had to wait for the rest of her meal, and be stressed out over my displeasure with the whole experience, and now im going to be up for a while because of the ridiculousness of the whole ordeal.
