Di Primordine Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Antonio

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Placed a to go order, showed up to pick it up and was told she was making it. Waited a good 15 more minutes and when I asked how much longer I was told 10 minutes. Then a child asked me what I ordered and I gave her what I had ordered. She went to the kitchen and brought out a packaged up order which clearly didn't have a pizza in it and set it in front of me on the counter and said nothing. Then even more time passes and a different lady that was pointed out earlier as the one who was making my order comes out of the kitchen. I asked her if my order was ready and was told they don't have an order for me and they are closed. She saw me waiting on the camera and came out of the kitchen because she didn't know why i was there waiting since they were closed. She told me to go through the app I ordered from to get a refund.

There was an older man there answering the phone and taking delivery orders.

There was another delivery service that came in and was told they were not open and to cancel the person's order.

The reason they gave for being closed is due to an upcoming visit the next day from the health department.

The entire time I was waiting, there were children running in and out and all around the place. One of them so kindly told me to "have a nice day, see you never" as I was leaving.

Zero communication or effort to cancel the orders from various apps that were coming in by the staff that...

Ordered online and waited the allotted hour I was told by one of the services they use. Went in to get my order. As I walked in, I noticed many patrons waiting for their food. One of which told me she was a delivery driver and had been waiting over an hour already. When I gave my name, I was told “There’s no order for you!” I replied that I was charged for the food and the tip. That’s when she told me to call the service I used bc it’s not her problem. But here’s the kicker!

What my damn problem is, is that there’s a young girl at 1:30am (has to be 12 years old at most) in the kitchen being yelled at to rush orders and pushed around by the same girl I spoke to.

If I’m not mistaken child labor is illegal in the state of Texas.

I will be making a call in the morning to cps and the health department about this. Worst place to ever...

Not even lying this place is good , I don't understand why you guys are giving these nice people a very hard time they're working late hours and working hard to prep and make y'all's food, me and my husband are locals we've been going to this pizza spot for a while since we moved in the area around 2021 and they've been upgrading the place little by little and they're now making Chinese food and burgers and it's so good me and my husband went for a pizza and came out with Chinese instead we got general chicken and sweet and sour chicken and they gave us egg rolls on the house for being patient with them ,we even forgot our carrot cake and when my husband went back for it they remember him and gave him the cake no problem so if they so happen to mess up your order just be patient with them and don't give them a hard time they're...
