I ordered a family meal plus a 2entree plate from Panda Express at the Vance Jackson location. Then picked up my order and went home hoping everything was correct. When I checked everything at home, I notice only one thing was missing. The teriyaki chicken! Not a big deal, but just want what i ordered. So my gf goes back for me and tells them that we were just missing 1 item. Then the Manager asked for the receipt, looks at it and says,"yeah, I put it in there." But it wasnt in there. Little did he know we took pics. So after him denying that we were missing anything 3 times. He finally gave her the portion. Not saying sorry for the mistake or anything. That's just poor customer assistance. Something that should've been easy to handle, he just made it difficult. I mean does anyone wanna go back anywhere when something is missing. No. And when we do, I know no one wants to argue about it. Smh. He handle this poorly!

U always get the bottom of the pan scraps or have to wait n see if they’ll cook more. On this visit they gave me old pale looking broccoli, dried up shrimp, and rangoons that were not even separated in the fryer they were all stuck to each other with the inside ingredients in it falling out. Don’t like this location but their advantage is their the only one near my house

Professionalism is key in any atmosphere.

I don't usually write a review anywhere I go, but after what I saw tonight I know I had to.

I placed a mobile order for 8:30 tonight and when I arrived the place was packed and the crew was criminally understaffed, a tale all too common in the works of fast food.

As I approached the "online order" line I noticed a woman berating one of the employees about the wait for food that she specifically requested to be made fresh which, duh, of course it'll take longer. However, in the absence of this woman understanding this simple fact she instead chose to be as rude as possible on this random Sunday evening.

The main reason for writing this review is that when the woman received the food, it was given to her by an employee named Edith (I hope I remembered that right). I'm assuming that she is the Shift Lead/manager and she handled that situation excellently. From her calm manner and de-escalation tactics used, she did everything humanely possible to satisfy this woman who, by now, seems to get her kicks making others feel small. Edith, however, stood up to the bully that this woman was in a calm, rational manner. Hell, this bully, as she was leaving, couldn't stop herself to get one or two more quips in to one of the employees taking a break, just truly awful behavior from a patron, let alone someone in society. After she left, Edith and the crew deliciously and expeditiously made and finished our orders, to the relief of myself and everyone else, so thanks guys!

General Managers/Corporate usually never see a third-party viewpoint so I thought that it'd be important to tell the truth. Furthermore, Edith and the rest of the crew should see raises based on their excellent work ethic.

10/10 would...

14 minutes ago Horrible! Went in at 830p last night & most food trays empty. I asked if they were making more rice & beef & broccoli & the lady said yes. I told her yes I wanted it & had to go ask my husband (outside) what he wanted. We came back in to order & get told it will take 12 minutes to make bc she didn't know if I really wanted it. She tells the cook @ 837p who is still cleaning grill. We ordered 2 plates & 1 bowl & paid for all. By that time it's 848p & the cook is still cleaning grill. I ask when he is going to start making beef & broccoli & find out he still hadn't made orange chicken the man in front of us ordered so we would have to wait for that to be done then another 12 minutes. At 859p I was thoroughly disgusted by everything. The food in our plates was lukewarm & cold, chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day AND the COOK WAS STILL CLEANING GRILL! Only when I started complaining & demanding a refund did he then go get a bag of chicken & AFTER inspecting his (I am guessing) dirty hands & nails he used his pants to wipe off hands, open chicken bag & pour into basket to deep fry. ALSO HE WASN'T WEARING GLOVES & had multiple bandaids on fingers. To their credit, the lady told him a total of 3 times that orange chicken & beef & broccoli were needed. Needless to say, we threw food away bc of possible contamination & will never return to another...

I decided to give this place a chance after a year plus of not going there and I ordered there walnut shrimp and the fire cracker shrimp with white rice and a plate with orange chicken honey sesame and teriyaki chicken with noodles and half dried rice .the firecracker shrimp was tough like it's been sitting there for a while and the veggies were still raw the orange chicken and the sesame chicken were hard the sauce was over bearing and the teriyaki chicken had blackend patches on it that u could taste more than the chicken the noodles had so much cabbage the white rice was very sticky and the walnut shrimp was drenched like the sauce was super think like donut glaze and very little of it I did take up with there customer service and it's been 2 months and haven't heard anything It's like no matter what u say or or bad ur experience was they are terrible at correcting issues this was part of the reason i had stopped going there or any panda location Once a Manger told me that the shrimp is portioned to 6 shrimp per serving and the turned around and gave the well dressed customers after me a heaping portion of shrimp like she was counting there's my advice would be save ur hard earned Dinero and try a real chinesse...
