Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

I usually go to this store for lunch because it is close by work. In the past we have also ordered from them when we have a trainer coming from out of town that wants to do something special for us and buy us lunch. I am officially not doing this again. I have never had a problem in the past and all of a sudden when I call today I get a man on the phone giving extremely bad attitude. "We don't do this. You have to pay in advance." "You know you can do this online right?" Ok, so not only do you not want to do your job, but now instead of understanding my reason for not paying you sigh and say I guess we can make an exception this one time. Well, for future reference, we will no longer be going to you for any kind of service. Which should be disappointing to you, since we work in the same shopping center as you and provide you with quite a bit of service. We will find another place that doesn't mind placing an order for us in advance and holding payment until our out of town trainer...

Wow, I usually check reviews before I go anywhere. Was in a rush so failed to do so about 10 minutes ago, would have saved myself time Feb 7th 2017 about 7:09 a.m. Heavy set young lady. Could the customer service get any worse? First im ignored and eyes rolled when I say good morning. Then im told I can't get any warm sandwiches. I walked in the guys said hi . I told the guy may be use the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered and he said yes .I went to the women's restroom and it has a code. I asked the lady that works there and told me with a bad attitude the restroom are for customers only. I told her I was going to eat there and she gave me the wrong code.. I still ordered with the guy and he was nice to bad they didn't have name tags. The lady was in torn blue sweetpants and Subway shirt.
