Ordered delivery via mobile app. Ordered special with 2 medium pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon bread and a 2 liter. I customized the pizzas since I love specialty pizzas. Once delivered I noticed that one pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered a thin crust chicken bacon ranch with Buffalo sauce and I received no Buffalo. I called the store and was politely transferred to a manager. Manager was very apologetic and gave me several options as to the correction of the pizza. I offered to switch out the pizza with the new one once delivered and she stated that we were to keep the pizza at no cost. I then offered the pizza with no Buffalo to my hotel neighbors (who have several children to feed). I am now waiting on my new (hopefully correct) pizza as we speak. As long as my new pizza is correct I give my experience 5 stars. Accidents happen. Everyone is human. And the store did very well to take care of their accident. The other pizza we ordered is amazing. Perfectly cooked. The garlic knots are amazing. I would rather have the marinara sauce versus the garlic but that is a personal opinion.
Update::: so after waiting over an hour for my correction pizza I received a pizza that has been completed demolished. As you open the box all you see is a pile of toppings and mangled crust piled into on corner of the box. It was all it took to keep my fiance from going out after the delivery driver. After taking a minute ( literally 1 min) I called the store back. Getting a new manager(because shift change). I had to go through the entire story again and then tell him how I received the pizza. The manager then proceeds to tell me that there was no way the delivery driver did anything to the pizza. I am completely beside myself. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for this pizza. And then completely disrespected. This pizza was either dropped and placed back in the box or shook completely. The complete disrespect from either the store or the driver or both is disgusting. The manager agrees to refund the entire order. But now I have to wait 2 to 3 days for the refund to hit my bank account. Which does me no good. I ordered pizza to be delivered to me since I have no means or transportation and I can rely on the left overs to not have to worry about ordering more food. Now I have no means to get more food and will have to wait for another delivery of some other choice of food since the manager did not want to deliver another pizza to me. Completely disappointed. Will not choose Domino's when ordering any longer. If I could take stars...
Read moreI'd been a great customer of this location for almost 2 years and I'm beginning to wonder if this place changed manager is been run by someone who doesn't have any training in business and/or customer support. I'm pretty sure that if they continue doing business the way they been doing lately they are not going to start loosing customers. I've ordered from this domino's every time and never had a reason to complaint except this time...My order was so late that I had to call about the status. To say the last I was not totally satisfied with the excuse given to me for my pizza being late (all the orders were running up to 2 hours late and being delivered according to the time the order was placed)...Not satisfied with the excuse and the manner that It was said I called and I asked to speak to the manager on duty, the young man said he was the manager. I told him my problem and he gave me the excuse that from the time my order was made until then, other pizza orders were made and that mine was in the outer edges of their area. That was enough! I live 2 blocks away behind Walmart. I told the young man that was wrong and gave him my address. He then went to the "time" card by which I proved him wrong again since one an a half hour had passed by since I submitted my order. At that point I was so mad and getting nowhere with this young manager? He gave me the impression that he was good at giving excuses but nothing to prove that he knew what he was saying or doing. I told him that I was cancelling the order even though I was still hungry. There was not an "I'm so sorry, let me correct this, or let me compensate you." Nothing!!! As a matter of fact when I brought up the subject he told me NO because I had cancelled my order. Way to go...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would have done so! I ordered pizza via domino’s app, estimated delivery showed 35-45 minutes. I get the “update” on the tracker notifying me that our pizza was cooked and being reviewed for quality at 6:36 p.m. our pizza was still not delivered by 7:30 p.m. I called the store for the status thinking the app wasn’t refreshing, NOPE! Our pizza was STILL sitting at the store. The employee tells me they are short staffed and that the driver still had not returned, the estimated time was going to be another hour. I told him I just wanted our money back because the pizza would be cold and nasty by the time we received it. He was quick to remind me it’s sitting under a heat lamp, that’s great, it’ll still be cold when it’s delivered AND dried out for sitting under the heat lamp for 2+ hours. He tells me he’s not sure if they can do that and then the phone line is silent. I actually thought he had hung up on me! Turns out I was put on hold, just not communicated that I was on hold. Next thing I hear is “Dave,” the store manager, introduce himself. He then proceeds to tell his employee how to cancel an order, I don’t need these step by step instructions, it’d be nice for Dave to train on HIS time, not mine! After a few minutes I hear Dave say, “ok it’s been canceled, have a good evening.” No apologies, no empathy, NOTHING! I called Pizza Hut and they had our pizza here in 45 minutes!! Pizza Hut may be more expensive but at least they are reliable and want the business! Beware, steer clear from this Domino’s!! At this point, I think ANY pizza place has better manners and better service!! This domino’s has definitely lost...
