Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Horrible experience! We ordered online, which we had to do multiple times because we kept getting errors. I was on hold for over 20mins no one ever picked up. I showed up to get our order and the order was in correct. One of our pizzas was not thin crust and had 2 of them when we only wanted one. I asked for them to refund for the extra pizza, the manager Steve said they can't do that. He said we would have to cancel the order and reorder in the store. I said that was ridiculous but ok. I told him the issues with the website and that no one picked up. He said we are busy that's why no one answered. I told him that is unacceptable and he told me I cod leave. I asked why, he said I was being rude. I said no I wasn't. He said if you don't leave I'm calling the cops. I said you can call them as I had done nothing wrong. He walked off, without refunding me or trying to provide me any service. Police arrived I let them know what happened and they informed him he needed to refund me my money and also to provide me with the contact info of the...

I’ve always loved dominoes more than any of the other pizza places but this dominoes gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with any pizza joint. Not only is the food amazing and fast delivery. But the manager Vernon is the absolute man. I give harsh reviews to so I’m not one to throw 5 stars out left and right. The food was amazing it came in exactly 30 minutes and the manager wouldn’t let me tip him and just said it’s my job to make sure you have a great experience. If there were more people like Vernon this world would be a much better place. All in all I can’t say enough good things about This place. It is such a good price for the quality of food and I really don’t understand how you could not love Vernon dominoes and most importantly This store location. I love you Vernon. Called in Pizza, and was going to pic it up but when I get there 35 min later. NOTHING. The young high school girl states no one called it in. OKAY, so take my order now...take my money...40 min later. We can't seem to find it. So I got up and left, the only reason I'm here is my little girl says lets try them again one more time. Yes this has happened two times before! The only reason there is one star in this rating is because the other high school girl is even kind enough to ask my existence.
