On the way to drop my daughter off at school we decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts because the drive-through line was so backed up. We went inside. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and one iced coffee. It took nearly 20 minutes to get these three items then when we got the items, both sandwiches were burnt, I went back inside and asked the young lady that took our order. If she would eat a sandwich she smiled nervously and embarrassed and said no. She asked if I wanted it remade I said, of course I looked back in the kitchen where the young lady was making the sandwich and she was giving attitude to everybody around her. I told her go ahead and make the other sandwich please she looked at me and glared, she then probably on purpose slowly made the sandwiches, which took another five minutes. At this point the manager had been standing there. The whole time finally decided to chime in I was raising my voice, but by no stretch the imagination was I yelling she told me to stop yelling. I told her that I’ve been customer service for 30 years , and it’s one thing to have an attitude about it is terrible service. She told me she would call the police which is classic talk for. I gotta get the customer out of this building again it’s one thing to have bad service but then when called out for that bad service to have an attitude problem, there was no apology. There was just blame for other employees not doing their job. The managers name is Sarah I did not get the name of the girl with the bad attitude. If you can avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts, and go to another one, I would...
Read moreThe AM on a weekday is when the A-Team needs to be on the floor. The skinny employee with dreads and glasses seemed absolutely overwhelmed. Drive-thru service was excruciatingly slow and we still had to drop the kids off at school and make it to work. They were out of glazed munchkins and, apparently, discontinued the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, however, the item was still being advertised on the menu. Once we pulled up to pay, the employee had no idea what we ordered. The employee asked if we had a “mobile order.” After scrummaging through all of the orders on the table, ours was finally located. Now, the employee had to find our coffees. The French Vanilla Latte was made, fortunately, but my Cold Cream Cold Brew was missing. The employee tried to make it real quick, and this is the disappointing part: in front of my face, the employee pulled on the cold brew handle…they were out…or it was broken, who knows? The employee, sneakily and without communicating, placed my cup under the Original Blend spout and began pouring. With no guilt or conscious, we were handed the cup. Because we waited so long in the drive-thru, we couldn’t afford to stop and complain. This is deceptive. This is unsatisfactory. The whole experience was frustrating and upsetting. Will never return to this location again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Friday,...
Read moreWhen this location first opened it was fairly decent. I was excited about it because it’s close to my house, it’s more convenient to go to than Starbucks, and I liked they have more food options. But recently it was been a huge disappointment.
They have gotten my last 4 orders wrong- coffee and food. The wait time is always long but being short staffed I understand that. I wouldn’t mind waiting but I don’t understand why I’m waiting so long if they don’t even get my order correct. & I’m annoyed I’m paying for coffee and food that I’m not even getting. It’s almost comical, at this point I’m not sure why I even put in an order when they just make and give me whatever they feel like vs what I’m asking for.
The customer service is a hit or miss, they aren’t rude but aren’t approachable enough to where you feel comfortable asking questions or for help.
I keep going back for the convenience of the location and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but sadly I agree with all the other negative reviews when they say it’s not worth spending...
