Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

I hate when this happens people now a days are spending a large amount of money on feeding there families - I knew I had a big order so went in only saw two people my family picked TB - confused store manager try to take my order did not know how to ring me up she needed the assistance of assistant manager - I order 3 separate taco box’s diff & a family order - all you could here is her complaining - which at this point ugh I thought to myself I should of got pizza ….so I started making my drinks - took a minute for food which I understood- but the store manager brings a large brown bag with food in it - imagine my face 😳I order 3 different box’s - she said whatttt you want me to separate it - so again thinking to myself I just got off work and still had 20 more min to drive - I said I order three separate box’s store manager answer it’s all in there in the brown bag -are you sure ??I still have 20 min to drive / the cooked looked at me and yes ma’am I got you order he stated I promise everything is in the bag - I was like I hope so….I have 3 of my grand babies waiting at home with mom & family ready to eat TB - so I struggled on my way out - put the food on my seat and drinks floor board - so when I got home I grab the food off my sit mind yourself brown bag when I grabbed the brown bag everything came out tacos burritos churros everywhere - at this point I want to cry- I picked up went into the house everyone starring what happened- well it was a brown bag tacos sweat & and she did not take the time to separate our food - when looking there was a lot missing and not labeled since they weren’t in there box’s unrolled everything just figure it out most of the order had only been bean burritos, okayyyy now I am now upset - I then gave the drinks out to everyone they took a drink & spit it out it was diet what noooooo ugh they did not even had the right coke in the machine jezzzzz- when I called they hung up - I call Taco Bell emergency line really it’s Friday after 7pm operation hours m-f only great when I got someone on the phone he wanted me to bring back everything and then he help - 20 mins away ughhhh come on …crying babies ready to eat - I never got any help - ridiculous I have to drive back after the promise the cook made - and the store manager should have placed my thing in there own separate box’s and family in...

(Orders were wrong, the food wasn't all that great that evening) There was this snobby little girl that was working there who looked like she wanted to murder us as soon as we walked in. She gave us the wrong change back (she randomly picked up some change that was on the counter and handed it to us and said here's your change).. Umm? We over paid by a dollar by accident she took thendollar shoved it in the register and handed us $0.16. And she immediately turned away and walked to the back. So I went to the table with my girlfriend and son and my girlfriend said why do you have so little change? Why didn't you get the dollar back? I didn't want problems but the little snob had already gotten to my girlfriend so she went up and asked for the the dollar back and the snob got more angry at my girlfriend. After that she stared us down the whole time until we walked out the door. She litterly stopped mopping the floors to stare us down with this ugly look then we got in the car and laughed at how pathetic she was acting. (We weren't loud, we were just tired from a long day we ate and got out of there)and we also wondered if she does this all the time to other customers. I've only been to this location during the afternoon and just drive through so not sure if she works there on the day shift also. I've worked these kind of jobs before in my past I understand customers can get really rude and mess with your vibes but we gave her absolutely no reason to...

I always order the same items from any Taco Bell, the mini quesadillas. They are always wrapped in foil then hot pressed. This specific taco bell has never once wrapped the whole quesadilla in foil, the food is cooked with half the food hanging out of the foil and is then dropped into the brown bag. Half open. Every single time.

Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through around 10:25, and literally sat at the speaker box for 5-8 minutes before pulling up to see the other two vehicles ahead of us pull out immediately without talking to anyone nor grabbing food. We pull up to the window to find one female putting her headset on just to stand there and do nothing. She literally turned away from us and just stood there staring blankly at the table. Mind you, the drive through does not close until 11 Pm, this occurred at 10:30 - 10:35 at this point. It's ridiculous that someone would even have the store open or act like they were thinking about taking an order when they clearly have no intention of it. This is the same woman who just two nights ago messed up our entire order then sat on her phone while we tried to ask her to fix it.
