If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst visit I have ever experienced. The line inside wasnt long but waited almost 30 min to order. Once i order the guy was extremely rude. I asked about breakfast sandwhiches that were 2 for $5 and noone knew what I was talking about not even the manager. Even after I showed the manager on my app she told me No and then told the cashier to ring it up to see if it really was 2 for $5. Then I ordered a milk and after waiting for a while the cashier asked if I was going to hand him a milk so he could ring it up when on the refrigerator it clearly had a sign that said Get an employee for assistance. Which is fine. Due to covid I appreciate those precautions. But then for him to be extremely rude about having to walk around the counter to go to fridge and get me a milk because the sign said to get an employee for assistance. He was so rude and so was the manager. The donuts were not fresh they taste as if they were out for days. Some employees that were handling food were not wearing gloves. This was just on Donut Side. Once we got to the Baskin Robbins side. That Guy was super rude. When I went to place my order he asked if I gave the other guy my order and I told him no I just ordered donuts from him. He said I guess I can help you over here. They were pretty much out of everything and O asked for waffle cone and told they were out I said are you serious. Then this kid calls the young girl manager over and whispers something into her ear and then looks at me. Whoever the owner is really needs to train these kids correctly. They are very rude and directly to the customers face. I dont appreciate how I was treated at this location. Also it wasnt only me these employees disrespected every single customer in there this evening...
Read moreIf the donuts weren't good it'd be a 1 star. I visited with my daughters for National Donut day, and ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream. I was asked by the woman taking drive thru orders if I wanted cream and sugar. I specifically said, "no added sugar, just the vanilla flavor and cream". I work for Starbucks so I am quite versed on ordering coffee. I get it, everyone makes their coffee different, but when someone asks for just a flavor and cream in their coffee, that is all they want. Anyhow, I get the coffee, color looked to my liking, and when I sipped it, it was straight up sugar granules at the bottom. Not what I wanted, so I asked the gentleman at the window if he could remake it and this time no sugar just the flavored syrup and cream. The woman that was taking orders seemed to already be having a rough day or something because she made a face and stated, "it's the same flavor even with the liquid sugar." I didn't try to argue, but the liquid flavor is what I wanted to begin with, because it dissolves better into the drink rather than, getting a gulp of sugar granules. So it's remade, color looks good, I pulled forward a little and inspected, and I can see the thick layer of syrup at the bottom, fine, I can stir it myself. Gave it a stir with my straw, took a sip, and it was the sweetest iced coffee I have ever tried. So disgusting. I literally drove up to the starbucks next door, bought a black unsweetened iced coffee to dilute it with. Dunkin's is supposed to be a major coffee/pastry competitor of Starbucks. I've had Dunkin's iced coffee plenty of times and it is usually good. Price is no factor for me because I get discounted/free coffee at Starbucks, I just wanted to change it up. Big mistake. Read moreI’m so sad that they didn’t want to help give me my money back after charging me for 3 ice creams. I only ordered two. When I went to the window I payed they gave me my card and receipt back and I noticed they charged me for 3 ice creams. I told the girl and gave her back my receipt. She then said she can give me another ice cream or shake free but they can’t refund without a manager. I told them ok I will come back tomorrow and asked for my receipt back. Then a guy came to the window offering me free ice cream but he can’t refund my $4.93 I told him I will come back when the manager is here and asked for my receipt back. He said they can’t find it. I literally just gave it to her right now. Mind you there is a long line behind me. He wrote his name on a paper and it says messed up order his name and date I pulled forward to allow the people behind me to get their stuff.I went back the next day and the another girl told me she can’t refund me either it had to be done yesterday the day it happened and asked the same guy about it. He said he didn’t know how to do it. Then she said she couldn’t do it either. I gave up called cooperate they said they made a ticket and still haven’t heard back. At this point they can keep the 4.93 or whatever the cost for the ice cream what a shame they lost my business cause I work close by and we go for donuts all the time but bot anymore. Beware watch what the charge you cause you won’t get a refund you will get something free rather than they refund it back to you....
