Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

Do you love coffee? Do you love different kinds of drinks? Do you love to talk to good people? Well this is your place. It’s my first stop of the day and I don’t know what they are putting into the white chocolate mochas but I have to have it daily.

The drinks are awesome and amazing but the thing that keeps me coming back are the people. The young guys and girls who work there make my day. They ALL go out of their way to make sure you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase and happy with their service. They always greet me with a smile and they genuinely care about how I’m doing. I was in a customer service career while I was in the military and I know what good people look like. Megan, the store manager makes sure that you drive away happy.

As for the employees who work there, they all feel like family. Bailey, Michelle A., Leo, JV, Dorian, Lexi, Sierra, Megan, Albert, Brenda, Charolette, Eliana, Giselle, Ixchel, Javon, Mariam, Megan P, Steph, Michelle M, Sophia, and Christian ALL deserve to be praised. They speak to me every day with a smile and I feel like I know them on a personal level. From the occasional joke to conversations about stickers, life, anime, sock game and more, I feel like I can’t wait to see them. They are the best!!!

The bottom line is they are the best at what they do and they make this old crusty veteran feel good about coming there and making sure that it’s not just about the coffee but it’s also about friendship. Thank you all for making me...

Very first time visiting DBC. I had heard how great everything was, so I wanted to see for myself. Menu was a little like competitors; if you're not used to it, it appears completely foreign. No problem, I chose something easy, Strawberry Lavender Tea...Iced. First young man approached and asked us to pull on up to his counterpart...very very friendly young man greeted us, answered any questions we had, agreed with our choices, and carried on a little conversation. He then asked us to pull up to the window. As we drove around (windows down) we noticed the music playing...something from Michael Jackson...our decision to stop here had started off great and now this...I love that we get music even being outside the establishment! As we reached the window, the youngest of our help today greeted us...what a smile. His smile made me smile; it was so big! He carried on an actual conversation with us and made us feel human rather than cattle being pushed through a line in a rush for our money. He handed us our drinks, thanked us for stopping then wished us a great afternoon. I did enjoy my Iced Strawberry Lavender tea, but that customer service is probably the best I've had in a long time...not to mention from a much younger generation. These guys really love their jobs and that is impressive. Management must be doing something right...please keep doing whatever your doing that makes the folks happy and enthusiastic about their jobs. I will return again and again...bye bye to your...

First and foremost, the coffee and teas are great. But beyond that, the staff is wonderful, funny, and so kind! Inevitably, sometimes the technology (POS) adds some stress to the staff and yet, they still maintain a wonderful attitude and always figure it out!

I often go through the drive through with my dog, Brisket, and they always give him a “pup cup” (whipped cream and a biscuit). He loves it!

Okay, update on 4/3/23!! Yet again, they blew my mind! The team working today figured out it is my two-year wedding anniversary!! And y’all, they hooked it up big time. I might have teared up for a second!! And by might, I totally did.

The team here is just full of incredible people. I wish I could thank each and every one of them individually… so hopefully, this message gets shared with the staff! Even when the drive-thru line wraps around the state of Texas, they ALWAYS bring me so much joy!

It started with the sweet girl that took my order. I forgot her name, but we did talk about the weather and how glad she was to be wearing shorts that day because it’s HOT outside! Hopefully the manager can figure it out!
