I’m sorry but the 1 star doesn’t even compare to the experience I had in the drive thru this evening. I have been wanting a Sonic Blast so I decided to finally pull up to the drive thru and place my order. As soon as I pull up to the speaker a young woman stated very rudely we’ll be right with you. I waited a few minutes the same woman comes back to the speaker very rudely again, how can I help you. I told her give me a second I asked how many ounces is the large blast? She didn’t answer me I repeatedly said hello, hello no one came back to the window, so I pull up to the window the same woman comes to the window opens the window and states what can I get you I asked were you the one that started taking my order she said I didn’t take your order what can I get you? I asked for the manager he comes to the window the 1st thing I ask why are they being so rude, why isn’t she wearing her headset to take my order I explained her rudeness and he apologized and stated we’re story handed that’s why we took so long to take your, he took my order. Took few minutes to prepare my order another woman brings my order to the window started handing me 3 drinks I stopped her and asked for a drink holder she says yes ma’am. Comes back takes my payment I asked for the young lady’s name she said her name is L and L told her dude don't give that b my name and slams the window, the other girl opens rhe window and gives me my card back I asked to speak to the manager again. They slammed the window the young woman L continued to yelling and cursing with the window closed I’m not gonna give that b and other words I will not write in my complaint my name she might as well just leave and still cursing no one’s coming to the window and he’s not coming to the window the manager that is. The whole L is coming in and out of the side door taking payments and handing orders to the cars behind me because I’m at the window waiting to speak to the manger to get L’s name because I don’t believe that’s her real name, but he never returned so I left. I will never return to Sonics again they have a bouncy of rude teenagers working there who are obviously not happy with their job and don’t know about...

Or a VERY SIMPLE "HI"...Anyway, We got a simple mobile pickup order and then the lady comes out with our drinks approaching my vehicle. She shoves the order drink in my face and says "HERE!".. I disregarded that response from her and just took the order from her. an she walked back inside the store. But then before I took reversed out the stall my wife and i notice one of our drinks that we just ordered which was a COKE BY THE WAY in case she didn't know!! had very little Coke in it!! So i Tried to get the workers attention but noticed she Was helping a different customer. I honked at her. We literally locked eyes. She nod her head up at me and just kept walking away. I tried again to get her attention before she got back into the store..and she still ignored me and kept walking.. My wife gets out the car and knocks on the glass door. She comes out Looked confused that we want one of our drinks corrected. she took the drink and went in the back. Came out with the drink rolling her the eyes in disgust trying to hand drink back. still the drink wasn't satisfactory to us when we got it back. then the worker got real disrespectful with my wife after we asked "Where's the customer service here??" my wife had to push her away cuz the worker got in my wife's face with the drink and got really loud.. So don't purchase anything from this Sonic location because those workers suck. Unless you That person feeling some type of way and just a reason to crash out on someone by all means!..OH, and to find out which was a kicker at the end...When we demanded to see a manager..come to find out, that same worker we got into with was the manager! Definitely going to take this to the corporate level to hold accountability actions at that store because she needs to be fired ASAP!. So you will be hearing from us again! Read moreProbably the worse customer service I've ever experienced with the slowest service. I ordered at 11:11pm and didn't receive my order until 11:38. The drive thru was closed so I understood the wait. I live less than 5 minutes away and by the time I got home my food was already cold. I called over 10 times trying to get a hold of the manager but never got an answer so we jus microwaved our food and figured I could call back in the morning. Still no answer all morning until about 4pm. I told the manager Tara exactly what happened and she was so rude about the whole situation. I asked to have my whole order made again and she said no only the two burgers. I spend 30 dollars on cold food that I had to reheat myself. I had to spend my gas to go get my order and the least she could have done was replaced the whole order. She didn't even want to give me the fries and drink that came with my meal in the first place. After arguing for about 5 minutes with her she finally agreed to make the sides but still didn't want to give me the drink with my meal. I repeated to her how I had to come out my way the next day because they couldn't answer the night before when the food was cold. I would have brought it all back that same day so she could see how ugly my order was. On top of that when she did remake my order it wasn't even what I had ordered in the first place. She didn't want to give me her GMs number and she wanted to keep my original receipt that I had the reference number written on when I called cooperate earlier in the day.
