Customer Service really depends on who you get. There was an issue with my order since I was returning it, the person helping me was really nice and communicated with me that she had to get someone else…I believe her name is Terry. Terry didn’t speak with me at all…just demanded my address, didn’t explain nothing and now I realize my refund was never issued but that I was issued a check?!?! That doesn’t even make sense! I paid for this item on 4/2 and did a return 4 days later and they couldn’t seem to put the refund back on my card!

Again, my biggest complaint is Terry not explaining this to me. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming and made me feel as if I was the problem because the young lady helping me had to ask for her assistance. I’m assuming Terry is a manager or supervisor. In short, make sure your employees are approachable and apologize for any issues on the store’s end. I find it ridiculous I wasn’t able to get my money back the same way I paid and it was never explained to me.

First time visiting this location on Saturday, July 19, I had taken my pitbull with me thinking it was gonna be in and out. I asked somebody to watch my dog while I went in and the customer service woman offered to take my order outside so I can wait with my dog then a few moments later, she offered to allow me in the store with my 80 pound pitbull which I thought was amazing. Most people turn you away with such a large dog and that specific breed everyone at the store was a pleasure to be around. Very friendly and unfazed by my big doggie definitely will be making this my go to James Avery location. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed PS I love my charm...

Came to the store today and was greeted immediately by an employee named Barbie who was so sweet and kind and helping us look for a birthday charm . She got a chair for my little girl and spent a lot of time talking w us and showing us all the charms and retired charms and shared personal stories. The store was extremely clean and so much bigger than the “legacy “ store we go to but was also so much friendlier here. Staff really care for their customers and building connnections it seems. Can’t wait to come back and purchase some charms...
