This staff is great and Jacob has a very nice truck, and him along with Ariel are very kind. Sophia is a hard worker and has a great attitude. The new girl and the other 2 guys idk their names but they are polite as well. 1 of the guys has half colored hair he has been great. The night shift team with Maria, Evette and shift leader Miranda are the best. Every time we show up, them girls already know our drink order without us saying a word. They pass out stickers and make sure the coffee is to our liking. They are very kind and generous, been going 2-4 times a week since they opened. I think the reason is the customer service these girls provide, is why we continue to go back to this location and it’s 5 minutes away. Thank you guys very much, this Dutch Bros is by far my favorite. The best customer service out of so many we have been to. Thank God it’s so close unlike others. Shout out to the night team, but maybe stay open till 11 every night and add picnic tables to enjoy our drinks outside, JK but thanks to all you guys and girls for the hospitality, amazing spot.

Read moreI used to work at Dutch Bros for two years, so I understand the importance of making drinks correctly and giving customers what they ask for. Today, I ordered a sugar-free Hopscotch. The girl at the window read my order back, and I noticed the person who took my order forgot to mark it as sugar-free. No problem — I politely told the girl at the window to make sure it was sugar-free.
As I said this, they already had my drink ready. I asked multiple times if it was sugar-free, and they assured me it was. Unfortunately, it was NOT sugar-free — it was extremely sweet and clearly made with regular syrup.
This is disappointing because not only was the drink wrong, but I was lied to when I asked directly. As a former Dutch Bros employee, I know mistakes happen, but honesty and integrity are everything in customer service. Read moreFelt like i was discriminated against because the way I look and dress. Ordered online pickup thru window. Im assuming, just because my order wasn’t ready by the time I arrived the barista serving me got frustrated making weird sighing noises & began my drink by slamming my cup down . I watched her service someone waiting for their drink then someone who walked up to order. Mind you I ordered online. The person getting their drink already, was asked if they wanted a sticker. But because I arrived and I had ordered online and my drink wasn’t ready somehow that’s my fault for ordering on the app (the drive thru lines gets too long even if you order in app) so I get no sticker for that smh going to dunkin donuts once they open.
