Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

I have visited many Dutch Bros locations but this location right here is the ONLY reason why I keep coming to Dutch. The Dutch brand has lost its touch at other locations, from their friendly faces, to their fast service, to the taste of their drinks. But this location remains the same. I came today and spoke with Karla or Carla(not sure the spelling) about a drink made wrong at a different location. I explained to her what happened to me asked if she could charge me for a shot of the flavoring that was missing in my drink and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing and remade me a new drink. Mind you, this location did not make my first drink that was incorrect but she remained loyal to the Dutch brand and made me an entire new drink. I would never expect any location to do this but she did. Thank you Karla/Carla for your amazing service. And the owner who hired her...Thank you!!! Oh and the Cookie Butter drink...

Very disappointed :( after I picked up my order I notice all the toppings that I added were not added, therefore I had to get off and ask them which isn’t a big deal for me, but when the employee added the soft top on one of my drinks she put the lid back on and took it off because my sticker was still on the lid and the drink was overflowing but when she took the lid off all the soft top came off and she just put a new lid ?? And didn’t add the soft top again ? lol I can tell she was busy so I didn’t say anything but when I got in my car my drinks all taste like water ? But how if the order was ready exactly when I got there because she said so herself. I will not be coming back to Dutch Bros, gave it another chance but sadly was disappointed again. Dutch bros used to be more consistent in their coffee taste in all locations. Now mostly whichever one I go to most of them on the order I get taste so opposite from the actual name of the coffee almost like there was just no thought process when putting the drink together just in hopes it taste good. At this Dutch bros they are very good at being talkative/ friendly, but after you leave and take that first sip it’s a bit of a disappointment compared to 7brew and Jolt.
