El Chaparros Tacos & More — Restaurant in San Antonio

I usually take pictures of what I eat so I can later post them up and review the place but I was so Hungry and the food was soo good that I just couldn't wait! I had ordered a torta with a side of charro beans and my boyfriend got the super Mexican burger(that is what it is called) it was delicious!! We also shared a corn in a cup that was good! This place served authentic Mexican food to us that reminded me of my grandmothers cooking I love the place! I am most certainly coming back to try everything on the menu! If you are looking for a great Mexican snack this is the place! I highly recommend it to everyone!! Take my word for it!

March-1-2022 Tuesday. First of all there too slow 🐢. They took 25minutes to serve me a 8.oz/2.50 Mangonada and a raspa ,the picadilly raspa was fake.They don't even know how to prepare or make a RASPA PICADILLY . 8oz /$1.50. They gave me more ice then liquid. Okay so the liquid...all I can say is I don't even know what was that?. AND WHEN I ASKED them WHAT IS THAT? They got all mad. It was a boy and a girl doing the orders. The boy look like he was 20 and the girl as well. They didn't even apologize for the wait. Like I have things to do⌚. I was like the first person there to order. Then the other customers who came later then me left first then me all happy . Am like what just happen Infront of my 👀.😲😒. "Bad costumer service." They don't know how to handle or make the easy order first or treat customers right . Like I come here to waste my money 💸you know? I expect good customer service .. I love this place, Pancho's is a great little outdoor snowcone/ mini tacos kinda place to hang out and eat amazing snacks, they serve the best mangonadas in the city, they have amazing tacos and other popular Mexican snacky foods, I drive thirty minutes at least three times a week for almost two years just to get their frozen shaved fruit ice cups and mini tacos, I have tried so many places closer to me and NONE can compare to the service and quality I get at Pancho's everytime.
