Pizza Patrón Commerce — Restaurant in San Antonio

If you are ever hungry and want Pizza Patron, make sure you go by there approximately 1 - 1:30 before you are hungry. I went by on a Friday, they took my order for 2 queso sticks and made me wait for what thought would be free queso sticks but nooooooo... the forgot what I ordered and then gave me some out of the warmer in the front. The girl who handed me my ordered said that the girl who originally took my order went to restroom and didn't tell them I was waiting on my quest sticks.

I tried my luck again yesterday, Wednesday (10/19/16 around 7 or 8 o'clock) for 4 orders of queso sticks with the expectation that I would probably have to wait (tops) 10 minutes. Boy, was I wrong. I waited for about 30 and I was forced to knock on their window for any answers. The manager claimed the girls had dropped an order on the floor and I was needing to wait for 2 orders. Mind you there were 4 other cars behind me. Although the manager comped me with a pizza it doesn't take away from the bad service I've received these few times.

Pizza may be cheap but...

I used to buy pizza in this place when it was new in the neighborhood and it was good. Then after a few years I decided to go again, we entered to the restaurant and the cashier was kind of mad. She took my order, and I don’t know if she’s like that all the time was his face looked like she don’t wanted to take my order. Then after I ordered she didn’t even washed her hands to start preparing the food. And I was feeling my stomach like if I want to throw up. Then we asked her if we can use the restroom and she said that we need to wait to get the keys. We needed to ask her again 5 minutes later. And she send the other cook guy that was there. He was a kind person and gave us the keys. The pizza was okay but not good, and the wings were not cooked good, too much oil and had a bad flavor. After we finished we decided to leave the table clean and put all trash out side the store in a trash can. (They don’t even have a trash can inside) are you kidding me? Not coming back to this...

I ended up walking out leaving my wallet in the bench inside store and the cashier (looked like manager) stated that he had seen it and immediately grab it and put behind the bottom counter shelf. He literally was my angel; almost started to crying while thanking him sm, After almost leaving it for close to 30 min I was so thankful and happy to still have ppl out there that will do the right thing. Nowadays things are different and most likely someone would've grab it n not return it to the cashier. This man even looked like and reminded me of my father who's in heaven, he had a lot of the same similarities and features of my dad n I truly wanted to give him a thank you hug. The pizza was great and being it a walk in order I didn't have to wait that long. Just thought I mentioned what...
