First time eating here. Reviews seemed great as did the ambiance. There was a RAM TRX parked in the lot, so I figured people with taste came here often. I was wrong.

Jenna, our order taker was high on some form of drug based off of how she was acting. She informed me, that their wine glasses were in the dishwasher so I suggested, she pour it in a normal glass. She did so, I drank a sip and some guido looking guy came over with a hot wine glass. He proceeded to pour my glass into the hot wine glass. Keep in mind, I was drinking Cab Sauv and he poured it in white wine glass. Obviously there was left over wine in the glass he poured from. I asked if I could have the remainder, to which he replied that I had been served too much wine. Clearly uneducated in the realm of wine. Loved my warm wine.

When the food the arrived, my banana shake, was literally a vanilla shake with half of a banana in it. Not chopped. Not mixed. But a whole half banana in a vanilla shake. The focaccia with Parmesan and oregano was mid at best. The sweet potatoes fries and onion rings were trash. My Margherita pizza had an oil sauce instead of a red sauce and the tomatoes were thickly cut. 110% not San Marzano tomatoes. Most likely Roma.

My buddy had a strawberry shake and said it was comparable to Whataburger. His barbecue chicken pizza had a texture like cardboard and lacked moisture.

The best things about the visit, was the flavorful French fries and the bottled Corona beer. Those fries didn’t even need a...

This is my experience for my meal. I went with my daughter and husband for lunch. It was a last minute decision as it was raining and we were hungry. Never been to EZs and didn't know this one existed as we only seen the one located on highway 281. Anyway, I ordered the chicken Alfredo. I know this place wouldn't specialize in Italian food but that's what I craved at the moment from reading the menu. We went to look for a table and a lot of them were dirty and haven't been maintained. The booth we sat in had crumbs all over and needed a wipe down. Upon arrival of my meal I noticed how dry it looked. .I figured if I stirred around it wouldn't taste as dry as it looked. Well, it was pretty dry. The bread was hard. I didn't eat all day so I ate as much as I could. I didn't finish it. I also did not want to wait for another meal as my husband and daughter were eating their meal already. Overall, I wouldn't get the pasta again. But I would get the pizza my husband gotten. It was called "The niner". That was really good and I regretted not getting that. My daughter got the burger. Burger was pretty dry but the...

Went on a Monday afternoon and brought a guest with me. No one was in line and wasn't really busy. I ordered a peperoni pizza and my guest ordered a chicken sandwich. While waiting I also ordered a $6 dollar milk shake and order of French fries. The fries were out about a minute later which they called me to come get. Fries were tiny and over cooked, we ended up leaving most of them. Then the milkshake came, it was in a small cup which seemed melted as soon as they gave it to me, I couldn't see any scoops of ice cream and it just seemed like a soupy mixture. Finally the pizza and chicken sandwich came sometime later, my pizza was burnt on the bottom. The toppings were okay but the bottom was burnt black so I couldn't enjoy it tasting burnt crust with every bite. My guest enjoyed her chicken sandwich. The pizza was quite small as well. Everything together was over $35 dollars. For that much money I shouldn't have to deal with burnt pizza, melted ice cream, and fries so unappealing they were left to be thrown away. It was disappointing can't say if I will ever return or recommend...

We drove about 20 mins to go this location because we saw the great reviews and my old lady had fond memories of this place when she was younger. When we arrived we were greeted with some amazing service from the cashier to the workers around the restaurant. Now to the food….upon first bite I immediately knew this was not going to be as good as I read. As someone who lived in the NJ/NY area for most of my life I've had some really good pizza and this was not one. The sauce tastes like very basic jar sauce. The cheese had a decent cheese pull and was decent. The BBQ sauce in the Hawaiian pizza tasted like Sweet Baby Ray’s which is not horrible but its also not amazing. The soda machine clearly didn't look like it was recently cleaned. Sadly the best part of what we ordered were the fries…they had flavor and were crispy. Other than that I was overall disappointed. If you are curious and in the area come check it out for yourself but personally, I won't be coming back.

I frequently picked up curbside because of the compostable containers, but the cooks put plastic in the food 3 times. Once the mac-n-cheese was covered with black stripes. A disgusted employee identified the stripes as the packaging and commented some other employees drop the whole packet in the water. July 28, 2021 (photos) I bit into plastic and found a lid more than half the size of the turkey burger. When I called, manager Sean Medina (video) immediately identified the plastic item as something they keep near the grill and which frequently falls into the food. For years I did not patronize this location because it does not allow users of wheelchairs to use the restroom. During the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, this EZ's provided the same curbside service to everyone, and they used compostable containers. So I made it a frequent stop. Most of the employees are quick and well-trained. Taste of food does not matter when it is plastic.

What can I say. First of all as soon as I walked in i was greeted by Nancy. She is very friendly. Explained to her that we were from out of town. She helped us with the menu. Gave us her recommendation and we took some up. We wanted bricked oven pizza and we're not disappointed. The chilli cheese fries were great. Supreme pizza was also good. The roasted poblano burger was delicious and juicy. The Rosemarie chicken and sides were great. Loved the in house cesar salad dressing and salad. Did not expect it to be this good. Will be coming back. Food and customer service is great.
