Folklores Coffee House Beacon Hill — Restaurant in San Antonio

My partner and I were excited to hear about this new location. Parking was a little tricky, and the coffee shop is a little hard to see but when we found it, we were not disappointed! The outside makes it feel very homey, and like a neighborhood cafe, like a hole in the wall coffee shop. We were greeted and treated with great hospitality, they explained the two separate counters for food and beverages. The coffee was the perfect amount of sweet and the coffee was savory and rich. The inside was so cute and cozy. Compared to the other location, this one feels more quiet and airy, and open. I found myself enjoying drawing in my sketchbook in a quiet corner which I rarely do in public anymore. I had plenty of space and time to create. It’s very lovely and I would recommend to anyone. As a regular visitor to Folklores, I can confidently say it's a standout spot for coffee enthusiasts. The ambiance is inviting, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcomes you as you step in.

My favorite coffee here never fails to impress with its rich flavor and perfect balance. Each cup is a testament to the quality and care they put into their craft.

Vibes were immaculate, great music , not yr typical "generic punk" soundtrack, a real curated Playlist that is obviously made by people who love the culture and arent just trying to profit off of the gothic trend going around. The drinks were delicious, goid strong coffee, i didnt try any of the pastries or fancy cheese and fruit boxes they had. I will though.... oh I will. Im from Houston but live in Austin now, I have to say places like this make me want to move to San Antonio, the punk culture is thriving here and not on life support like it is in Austin, thats because of people like the owner of this shop.
