Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in San Antonio

This rating I'm a but torn over. The food is usually quite good when I do make a visit, and it was no different this time. It was the way my food was treated that made me give this rating. I stopped in with my sister and kids to grab a late lunch. We got a couple of baskets of fries, my son got a burger, and I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. I went to the pick up window to get some fry sauce, they now have a jalapeño fry sauce which is decent. While getting my sauces I overheard one of the cooks saying that someone said a tiny piece of chicken was acceptable to give to the customer and that he wouldnt give it to whoever ordered it, which was me but they werent aware of this. Then he goes on to say, well I guess this isnt chick fil a. The rest of the order is put together and he calls out my number, I grab my tray as I was already standing there and his face went a bit blank. He realized everything he said about the sandwich, was my sandwich. I sat down and looked at my chicken and it was a fairly small piece. A couple of minutes later I would assume the manager came out gave me another chicken sandwich with a larger piece of chicken. I thanked her and she left. Once we finished eating my son wanted an ice cream cone. I ordered him a vanilla cone with chocolate chip dough. I was told they dont sell it that way, so I ordered a sundae and asked for a cone to be put on top. This somehow almost cost me $5 as opposed to $3.50ish for the cone. While waiting for my ice cream, I was informed they were out of chocolate chip dough. Sprinkles it is. I enjoy the food from here as well as the ice cream, but this was just one thing after another. The fix of the chicken sandwich didnt have to happen if they hadn't initially served the small piece that someone had already protested was too small. I also dont feel the extra sandwich was the choice of the manager, but more because I heard the interaction of the cook unbeknownst of my presence. I may be wrong, but that is my...

So this was our first time having Freddy's burgers . We ordered our food at the drive thru and I simply asked if the "side pickles" were the fried pickles I ordered because was showing a different price. Well that got fixed and then the whole our and service went down hill from there. ... they handed us a bag with ONE meal so automatically a weight difference . That took a good min just to get it right. Then I check the burgers and of course it's not EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER. so I go inside and tell the lady on the counter. Both burgers are missing lettuce and the other is missing the bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. She takes it to the back and I'm pretty sure all they did was slap on the veggies. . . Mind you it's already been well over 30mins (for a drive thru order) she comes back and says it's been corrected with "fresh " fries. I get to the car and what do you know order was still wrong and fries were definitely not fresh. Still felt warm. We get home and I takes theses 2 pictures and it's the most SKIMMPEST portion of lettuce I have ever seen. (Mind you still no tomatoes ) soo to me it wasent properly correct bc still came in the same dirty container. Never again would I waste my time or money there again. About 30bucks and about 45 mins later for wrong orders and service. People check your orders and food before you leave...

Horrible experience!! Never are we going back. First time we eat at this location tonight 12/3/18 and they forget to put fries in, so my husband goes in and he waits almost 10 min for just fries, then I find out they did our orders completely wrong. I go and tell my husband and he comes back to get the orders. A number 1 with everything on it and a number 2 with no onions and we waited almost 25 min for the orders to be re made. I called the restaurant number while i waited in the car with our kids while my husband waited inside to find out why they were taking so long in just making two burgers and the guy didn't give me an answer just said it's ten seconds out then got quiet so I hung up, once we got the food we headed on our drive home to finding out they made the number 2 order incorrectly once again, after getting food remade it was cold. We live in Converse and only stopped there because we were visiting family that lives around the corner from the place. We didn't get home until 9pm because of them. Not a good place at all. Not to forget that they took forever in the drive through to just get our food in the first place. Let me also say that it was NOT busy either. It was us and one vehicle behind us and maybe from what I saw one person inside that had already gotten their food....
